So how seriously should one take the account of this broker stated below......?! Communication as far as we are concerned is severely insufficient.

An appointment was made quickly, the questions asked were answered promptly and completely, and the employees in the back office immediately sent the requested information. The negotiation proceeded businesslike; a counteroffer was received within an hour, and the deal was closed that same day. The contractual settlement of the deal also deserves praise: the draft deed contained a lot of additional information and was delivered flawlessly; after a personal signing at the office, I was able to receive the keys to my 'new' apartment two weeks later.
