For years we have had most of our insurance policies and mortgages here. When I walk in here, I feel more than just a customer.

Several years ago, a verbally agreed-upon agreement for the purchase of a house fell through, allegedly because the seller didn't have a good feeling. Later it turned out that a second bidder had appeared in the meantime and offered a higher price. This real estate agent did not distance himself from the party involved and stated that he supposedly had no influence on this. As far as I am concerned, this is a real estate agent who does not keep his word and has kept us away from them ever since.
