A very fine and honest team. Friendly, professional people. They are very involved with their clients. Our house was sold within one week!
From the first conversation until the sale of the house it felt good, you are completely guided from a to z and if there are questions you can always go to them, nothing is too much or too strange. They think along in solutions, it's a very nice team and easy to reach. Definitely a recommendation for next time.

Aggressive salesperson named Bas, he is (at this time) able to sell your house below the asking price. What a failure, he just helps his colleagues get cheap houses for your money.
This afternoon I had my first introductory meeting with Bas regarding the sale of the house. It went very well. Bas comes across to me as someone who knows what he's talking about. So, as soon as it’s time, I know how to find my way to this real estate agent.
At De Roos Makelaardij, they have assisted us several times in buying and selling property. They use a personal approach, keep communication lines short, and are very skilled in their profession. Very pleasant and definitely recommended!
If you give him a negative rating, he will call you with the demanding request to remove your review. If you don't do that, he will sue you for defamation, says the gentleman. I say good luck with that, but it’s better to use the feedback to improve your service.

Very bad real estate agency, short and aggressive in communication, don't go out of their way for you, low value, are too easy and don't want to work for their money. Don't seem very knowledgeable (can't answer questions well). It seems like they all are like that at that real estate agency. Please never do business with them, there are plenty of other (much better) agents.
Never another broker again. I can recommend everyone at De Roos Makelaardij. A pleasant approach for the seller that is much better than those of the larger brokers. Spoke with several brokers for the sale of our house. Several brokers indicated they would show it to about 6 people. De Roos Makelaardij immediately stated they would go for 25 people. If you think logically, this is one of the most important conditions when selling. It resulted in 9 bids and therefore much more chance of a beautiful bid. We are certainly satisfied! Thanks Bas, hopefully we don't have to sell a house again soon, but if it ever happens again, you will definitely see us back! Greetings, Nick and Leoni
