I was very disappointed with my experience with real estate agent Kolpa. They showed me an office and indicated that I could get it if I submitted my documents neatly and on time. After a day of contacting them to ask if they had received my documents, they stated that everything was fine. A week later, I received an email stating that the office had been rented to another party. It was unprofessional and discouraging to discover that my time and effort were for nothing.

slechtste ervaring ooit! -bereikbaar tot aan de ondertekening van de pre-overeenkomst, waarna 80% van de vragen en verzoeken worden genegeerd, -mijn bod vermeldde: klant wil eerder onroerend goed kopen, wat uiteindelijk niet uitmaakte. Ik kreeg de woning 1 maand later - in totaal 2 maanden (terwijl hij - mijn makelaar - een grapje maakte dat het voor mij onmogelijk is om de hypotheek binnen 9 dagen te krijgen - wat ik deed). -verborgen kosten ca. 1.200,- die hij vooraf niet heeft toegelicht (inschrijven in kadaster, diverse kosten, tolk etc.). - gelogen over de geschatte kosten van centrale verwarming (7,5k) en dat hij iemand kende die betrouwbaar was om dit te doen - toen ik na de aankoop naar zijn contactgegevens vroeg, verdween mijn makelaar. Centrale verwarming was boven de 11k. -vertraagd met het regelen van de technische keuring. Oorspronkelijk wilde hij het zelf doen (om meer geld te krijgen) - niet toegestaan ​​- en nadat hij zich realiseerde dat het niet was toegestaan, verwees hij me door naar een andere "bekende" man die alleen het taxatierapport deed - ze gaven elkaar de schuld ervan of mijn agent hem nu heeft gevraagd de technische inspectie uit te voeren of niet. -tot mijn teleurstelling heb ik de zaken twee keer geëscaleerd en vermeld dat ik slechte kritiek zou geven in Funda/Google. Het overbod was 13% boven de vraagprijs en het pand had grote problemen met elektriciteit, badkamer, dak, berging enz. - die hij nog wat verder kon aanvechten om de klant te beschermen. - totaal geen kennis van nationale hypotheekgarantie Een Nederlandse collega zei dat ik moest onderhandelen over hun compensatie met 2k voor de slechte service die ze leveren (wat ze weliswaar erkenden), maar ik gaf er de voorkeur aan om het volledige bedrag te betalen (misschien mijn schuld) en tegelijkertijd mijn eerlijke en onderbouwde e-mails te geven - feedback hier ter informatie van potentiële klanten. We have no experience of what it is like to work with Kolpa as sellers, but we would not recommend it.
