Eigenlijk schrijf ik nooit slechte reviews op Google. Er is al meer dan genoeg negativiteit in de wereld, maar mijn ervaring met Neon vastgoed voelt aan als onethisch. Lang verhaal kort verteld: na een bezoek aan een appartement in Antwerpen ons dossier doorgestuurd, met loonfiches inclusief. Via via te horen gekregen dat de eigenaar ons dossier niet gekregen had, hoewel we financieel zeker sterk genoeg zijn om de huur te betalen. Eigenaar wou dan toch ons dossier zien, op aanraden van mijn connectie. Er was een 'foutje' gebeurd en ons dossier zou alsnog doorgestuurd worden. Met de bijkomende vraag hoelang we wilden huren, waarop ik aangaf minstens drie jaar, maar we zijn flexibel. Twee uur later wist ik van mijn connectie al dat we waren afgewezen omdat we volgens NEON vastgoed 'enkel korte termijn' wilden huren. Lijkt me een duidelijke leugen. Geen idee wat de beweegreden was. Mijn raad, er zijn voldoende Immo kantoren, kies een ander.

Na een goede inschatting van de prijs heeft het wel enige tijd nodig gehad om een koper te vinden, daar het ging over en handelshuis van oudere generatie is de verkoop toch tot stand gekomen met een vlotte verwerking met Neon.

Heel fijne en vlotte samenwerking met name met Bart Van Hoof. Correct! Inzake een heel specifiek pand voor een heel specifiek publiek. Was het niet omwille van de bank maar Neon-vastgoed had het al 2x eerder verkocht gekregen. Als ik na 3 jaar terug ooit mn huis verkoop, neem ik zeker terug deze vastgoedmakelaar onder de arm.

Neon vastgoed te Brasschaat. Onze ervaring met Bart was niet fijn. Beloofde om zsm contact met ons op te nemen. We hadden gelijk onze papieren netjes opgestuurd. Na een 5 dagen heb ik een mail gestuurd waneer we feedback kregen. Geen antwoord. Uiteindelijk een week later zelf gebeld en werden we afgewimpeld met een smoes. Heb t gevoel dat meneer Etnisch aant profileren was. Uiteindelijk staat het huis nog steeds te huur. Wij konden het huis makkelijk huren met onze inkomen dus daar lag het zeker niet aan! Jammer om gelijk een negatief beeld te krijgen over een vastgoed kantoor!
