During my purchase process, several errors were made, including three invalid versions of the purchase agreement and the removal of the fourth document without consultation. Incorrect information was repeatedly shared with me, the notary, my lawyer and others in my environment. Deadlines were set that are not legally binding, other agreements were not followed through and communication was poor or ceased. Because of this conduct, I had to engage a lawyer to finally complete the purchase. The property is now mine, but due to the conduct of the owner of Rotterdams Vastgoed as a sales agent, this was almost not the case.
