During my purchasing process, several errors were made, including three invalid versions of the purchase agreement and the removal of the fourth document without consultation. Incorrect information was repeatedly shared with me, the notary, my lawyer and others in my environment. Deadlines were set that are not legally binding, other agreements were not followed through and communication was poor or absent. Because of this behavior, I had to involve a lawyer to finally complete the purchase. Rotterdams Vastgoed is not affiliated with an organization such as NVM or VBO, making an independent complaint procedure impossible. The property is now mine, but due to the behavior of the owner of Rotterdams Vastgoed as a real estate agent, this was almost not the case.
