My friend and I recently purchased a house in Rotterdam thanks to the great service of Mrs. Jozanne (Jozz) from Steenhuisen Real Estate Agency. We viewed the property on Friday and knew that we had to make an offer the following week. I immediately contacted Jozz and received a quick response, who then explained the process (in Dutch, English, and Papiamento) and guided us in the right direction. Jozz's swift action helped us expedite the resources we needed to realize the closing in our favor. We were recommended by Jozz, a financial advisor, Guler Finance, who was also great at explaining everything and took the time for it. During this period of signing at the bank, we encountered a setback regarding the work-related contract, but this was nevertheless handled smoothly by both parties. Three months later, we had the keys to the house. Very satisfied with Steenhuisen Real Estate Agency and would recommend it to everyone!
