Mijn vriend en ik hebben onlangs een huis in Rotterdam gekocht dankzij de uitstekende service van mevrouw Jozanne (Jozz) van Steenhuisen Makelaardij. We hebben het huis op vrijdag bezichtigd en wisten dat we de week erna een bod moesten uitbrengen. Ik heb direct contact opgenomen met Jozz en kreeg snel antwoord. Ze legde het proces uit (in het Nederlands, Engels en Papiamento) en begeleidde ons in de juiste richting. Dankzij Jozz' snelle actie konden we de benodigde stappen versnellen om de overdracht in ons voordeel te laten verlopen. Jozz raadde ons ook een financieel adviseur aan, Guler Finance, die alles ook heel goed uitlegde en daar de tijd voor nam. Tijdens de contractonderhandelingen met de bank kregen we te maken met een tegenslag met een werkgerelateerd contract, maar dit werd door beide partijen soepel opgelost. Drie maanden later hadden we de sleutels van het huis. We zijn erg tevreden over Steenhuisen Makelaardij en zouden ze iedereen aanraden!
