I had a fantastic experience renting an apartment through the VERRA team. I always had direct contact with the staff at the office and dedicated real estate agents who helped me a lot throughout the entire process. I was able to directly call their office when I saw the offer on the website and was immediately connected with Sebastiaan, who was so kind to schedule a viewing the same day. What a smooth and hassle-free process! Afterwards, I remained in constant contact with him and his great colleague Joshua, who guided me through drafting the contract and the landlord's preferences. The entire process took only a few days, and the entire VERRA team was always available, friendly, and helpful at every step. I can wholeheartedly recommend them!

I recently had a fantastic experience with Verra when selling my apartment. The team was professional, friendly and approachable. I also really appreciated that they were willing to communicate in English, so that I could fully understand all the details. Martijn, my real estate agent, was involved from the beginning in preparing the sale and gave advice on how best to present the apartment to position it well in the market. He kept everything well under control and informed me after each viewing, which made everything run smoothly and kept the process on track for a successful sale. Betaal niet voor hun abonnement. Aantal reacties die ze weergeven kloppen niet. Indien een woning al eerder op de site heeft gestaan tellen de reacties door. Dus een net nieuw geplaatst woning heeft dan direct als start punt de telling van aantal reacties vorige keer dat er geweest zijn. Slaat nergens op dus deze statistieken zijn waardeloos

Het klopt dat reacties van eerdere plaatsingen momenteel soms nog zichtbaar zijn. Het niet direct 'opschonen' van reacties voor exact dezelfde adressen heeft te maken met een technische implicatie in onze huidige database-structuur. Bij de eerste implementatie van deze functie hebben we hierom nog niet direct voor een andere weergave gekozen. We begrijpen echter volledig dat dit de statistieken voor jou minder waardevol maakt. Ons technisch team werkt momenteel dan ook hard aan een oplossing om de tellingen per plaatsing uniek te maken. We verwachten deze update op korte termijn uit te rollen. Wat betreft je opmerking over het abonnement: we baseren de waarde van onze dienst niet alleen op deze specifieke functionaliteit. Helaas is het niet mogelijk om een 0 te geven, maar laat ik het duidelijk stellen. Als je op zoek bent naar een website die je helpt bij het vinden van een accommodatie, raad ik je elke andere website aan behalve Pararius. Ik heb ooit een abonnement voor slechts één maand gekocht en dat aan het einde van de maand opgezegd, maar op de een of andere manier hebben die oplichters me aan het einde van het jaar (in december) een soort schuld laten betalen voor de periode in juli. Ik heb bijna een half jaar lang geen melding ontvangen dat ik een openstaand bedrag moest betalen, waardoor ik niet alleen voor het abonnement betaalde, maar ook een boete (die overigens hoger was dan het abonnement zelf). Kortom, als je op zoek bent naar een hulpmiddel om je leven makkelijker te maken (qua het vinden van een plek om te verblijven) - KIES NIET VOOR PARARIUS - hun hoofddoel is om JOU op te lichten!

Pararius zou zichzelf beter “Only for Students” kunnen noemen. Het platform is compleet zinloos voor gewone woningzoekenden. Dag in dag uit komen er alleen woningen online met de melding ‘alleen voor studenten’. Zelfs met een betaald Pararius Plus-account krijg je geen eerlijke kans en geen enkele transparantie. De enige keer dat ik een bezichtiging kreeg, was voor een woning die letterlijk op instorten stond. Dit platform wekt de indruk van willekeur en ongelijke behandeling. Absoluut teleurstellend en zeker geen aanrader voor wie serieus op zoek is naar een fatsoenlijke woning.

Ons platform biedt makelaars de mogelijkheid om hun beschikbare woningen te plaatsen. In de praktijk zien we dat dit aanbod heel divers is en zeker niet uitsluitend op studenten is gericht. We willen graag benadrukken dat wij zelf geen woningen aanbieden, maar het platform faciliteren waarop makelaars dat doen. Daardoor hebben we geen directe invloed op voor welke doelgroepen woningen beschikbaar zijn. Wat betreft het Pararius+ abonnement: dit is o.a. bedoeld om woningzoekenden te helpen sneller te reageren en een completer profiel te delen met makelaars, waardoor de kans op een bezichtiging groter wordt. Als je tips wilt om het maximale uit Pararius+ te halen, helpen we je daar uiteraard graag bij. We vinden het belangrijk dat iedere woningzoekende gelijke kansen krijgt op ons platform. Laat helemaal niets weten. Kost veel en vervolgens krijg je de slechtste service van Nederland. Ik en mijn partner hadden gereageerd op een huis en we zouden binnen 2 dagen wat horen. Wij worden niet gemaild en gebeld dus we bellen en mailen zelf. Er wordt niets duidelijk en niemand kan ons helpen. Vervolgens een week later zien we dat het verhuurd is. Zover dus die premium bullshit.
Hi Julian, dat is vervelend om te horen. De huurmarkt in Nederland is momenteel zeer overspannen. Makelaars worden overspoeld met reacties van geïnteresseerden waardoor de kans steeds groter wordt dat mensen die reageren geen reactie ontvangen van de makelaar. Dat is geen onwil maar meer het gebrek aan mogendheid om iedereen van een gepaste reactie te voorzien. Wij vinden dat ook zeer vervelend en proberen makelaars die op ons platform adverteren met de nodige middelen te voorzien, zoals bijvoorbeeld Leadflow.rent, waardoor reageren op de vele aanvragen eenvoudiger wordt. Ik hoop dat dit inzicht je helpt te begrijpen met welke situatie de markt momenteel te maken heeft. Ons advies is om een goede standaard reactie via je huurprofiel op te stellen en direct na ontvangst van een match te reageren via de one click apply button. Veel succes in deze ingewikkelde markt.

De website is niets meer dan een prikbord voor makelaars. Je betaalt 19 euro per maand voor Pararius (waarvoor?! Alleen voor een e-mailnieuwsbrief!) en vervolgens betaal je elk makelaarskantoor apart als je een bezichtiging wilt aanvragen. Aanvragen via Pararius zijn fictief. Er staan zelfs advertenties voor onroerend goed die allang vol staan met bezichtigingen, oude advertenties dus. Gewoon lokaas voor makelaars.
Beste Stasis T, Wat vervelend om te lezen dat je ons platform zo hebt ervaren. Goed om te weten dat je niet verplicht bent om een Pararius+ abonnement af te sluiten. Je kunt gratis reageren op de woningen van makelaars. Parius+ is een aanvullende, betaalde dienst waarmee je als eerste op de hoogte wordt gebracht van nieuw geplaatste aanbiedingen. Hierdoor weet je sneller welke nieuwe woningen beschikbaar zijn die voldoen aan jouw zoekcriteria, zodat je sneller kunt reageren en je kans op een uitnodiging voor een bezichtiging vergroot. Pararius biedt Plus-leden inzicht in het aantal reacties op woningen, zodat je precies weet hoe groot de kans is dat je een bepaalde woning vindt. Ook biedt Pararius een overzichtelijke pagina die je inzicht geeft in de status van de woningen waarop je hebt gereageerd. Huur niet via Top Select Visit of Top Select Housing! Ik woon in Amsterdam en mijn moeder (die in de VS woont) en ik hebben een vreselijke ervaring gehad met dit bedrijf. Mijn moeder had een kortlopende huurovereenkomst afgesloten vanaf september 2020. Vanwege het reisverbod tussen de VS en Europa in verband met COVID-19 kon ze echter niet reizen. Ze nam in juli 2020 contact op met het bedrijf om te vragen naar het annuleringsbeleid en of ze haar borg (2500 euro) terug zou krijgen als het reisverbod niet zou worden opgeheven. Het duurde bijna een maand voordat het bedrijf reageerde dat ze haar borg niet terug zou krijgen omdat ze minder dan 60 dagen van tevoren annuleerde, maar dat ze de borg wel kon gebruiken voor een andere huurwoning in de toekomst. De mogelijkheid om de borg te gebruiken voor een ander appartement in 2021 staat ook in de e-mail vermeld. (Hoewel ik wist dat dit gaande was, kende ik de naam van het bedrijf niet en wist ik ook niets over het appartement dat ze had gehuurd.) Nu reizen tussen de VS en Europa weer is toegestaan, heeft mijn moeder een nieuwe reis gepland. Ik zocht een appartement voor haar en vond er een die toevallig door dit bedrijf werd beheerd. Toen ze me het concept huurcontract stuurden, stuurde ik het naar mijn moeder ter beoordeling. Op dat moment realiseerde ze zich dat niet alleen het bedrijf hetzelfde was, maar ook hetzelfde appartement. Ik nam contact op met het bedrijf en vertelde hen over deze ontwikkeling. Ik zei dat we de borg wilden gebruiken voor dit nieuwe huurcontract. ZE ZEIEN DAT DIT NIET MOGELIJK WAS. De redenen die ze gaven om ons de borg niet te laten gebruiken waren: 1) Ze geloofden dat we de situatie hadden gemanipuleerd om hetzelfde appartement opnieuw te kunnen huren. (Dat hadden we niet gedaan.) 2) Toen duidelijk werd dat het bedrijf de borg in 2020 niet zou teruggeven, ondanks het reisverbod waar mijn moeder geen invloed op had, stuurde mijn moeder een bericht waarin ze aangaf dat ze niet meer met hen in zee wilde gaan. Het bedrijf is van mening dat dit hun aanbod om de borg te gebruiken voor een andere huurwoning ongeldig maakt. (Dat is niet zo. Ik heb dit nagevraagd bij een advocaat.) 3) Het bedrijf zegt dat ze de borg niet hoefden te honoreren omdat mijn moeder de eerste borg in 2020 had betaald en omdat ik de nieuwe huurovereenkomst regelde. (Hoewel ze wisten dat ik de huur voor mijn moeder regelde, dat zij de huur zou betalen en haar naam en gegevens ook op het concepthuurcontract stonden.) Bovendien dreigde het bedrijf met juridische stappen als ik een negatieve recensie op sociale media zou plaatsen. Mijn moeder en ik hebben besloten dit niet verder te vervolgen en we zullen nooit meer met dit bedrijf in zee gaan of het aan iemand aanbevelen. De manier waarop deze situatie is aangepakt, het feit dat het bedrijf ons ervan beschuldigde de situatie te manipuleren om de borg terug te krijgen, de onbeleefdheid van de man met wie ik contact had, en hun weigering om met ons samen te werken aan een oplossing om de borg daadwerkelijk te kunnen gebruiken, zijn voor mij meer dan voldoende redenen om te concluderen dat dit bedrijf onprofessioneel en oneerlijk is.
Beste Lisa, het spijt ons te horen dat u een slechte ervaring heeft gehad met Top Select Housing. De review is echter gericht aan Pararius in plaats van aan Top Select Housing. Pararius is een online platform waarop meer dan een paar duizend makelaars woningen publiceren. We kunnen de procedures van makelaars niet controleren, maar we hanteren wel een kwaliteitsprotocol om een hooggekwalificeerd platform te zijn. We nemen uw probleem serieus en zullen contact opnemen met Top Select Housing. In de tussentijd verzoeken we u vriendelijk de review te verwijderen. Bij voorbaat dank en neem contact met ons op via e-mail (info@pararius.nl) als u problemen ondervindt met een makelaar.

Pararius is een enorm fijne en betrouwbare partij om al mijn aan- en verkoopaanbod van woningen op aan te bieden. Ik waardeer het enorm dat de woningen bijna direct op de website zichtbaar zijn na het aanmelden via het CRM-systeem. Tevens vind ik de zoekfuncties helder en de het algehele beeld van goede kwaliteit. De kers op de taart is het halfjaarlijkse rapport met daarin de cijfers over de gemiddelde aanmeld duur, snelheid van verhuur, gemiddelde prijzen, etc. Dit geeft mij een goed beeld waar mijn bedrijf staat in vergelijking tot de conculega's in Amsterdam en omstreken.

Een goede plek om appartementen te zoeken in de complexe huurmarkt van Amsterdam. Absoluut een betere zoekoptie dan andere tot nu toe beschikbare opties. Het zou fijn zijn als adverteerders/makelaars gevraagd zouden worden om advertenties te verwijderen zodra een appartement verhuurd is. Ik heb er al een aantal gezien waarbij advertenties blijven staan en de makelaar vervolgens een duurdere advertentie per e-mail deelt. Ook zouden adverteerders/makelaars verplicht moeten worden om de werkelijke huurprijs te vermelden in plaats van een lagere prijs om door de filters te komen en vervolgens extra kosten in de beschrijving te plaatsen. Dit is misleidend en ondermijnt het vertrouwen. Tot slot moeten de zoekfilters nog worden verbeterd. Zo verdwijnt het prijsfilter wanneer er extra filters worden toegevoegd in het gedeelte 'meer'. Natuurlijk kan het prijsfilter opnieuw worden toegevoegd, maar het is vervelend om dit steeds opnieuw te moeten doen.
Geld kloppers , nooit gaan huren of kopen !!

Pararius is ideaal voor het vinden van makelaarsbureaus in je regio. Ook kan je gratis reacties versturen. Vervolgens moet je bij veel makelaarsbureaus toch betalen (of betalen als je wil gaan bezichtigen). Maar zeker een goede site voor het houden van overzicht en het is gratis dus je kan ook niks verliezen :) Ik zou pararius zeker aanraden.

Ik wist dat de woningsituatie in Amsterdam nijpend was, maar bovendien verspilt deze website mijn tijd. Ik probeer al maandenlang verhuurder na verhuurder te bereiken, maar ik heb nog steeds geen enkele reactie of bezichtigingsbevestiging gekregen (je kunt die knop net zo goed verwijderen, want hij doet echt helemaal niets). Wat is precies het nut van jullie service?
