Dat vond ik vermoeiend. (VB: wat moet ik doen ter voorbereiding op de kijkdagen, hoe ziet eindinspectie eruit, wat doen zij met de sleutel)

Ben de kopende partij, en dus eigenlijk ook degene die de rekening krijg en betaal. Ben hier bij de eerste bezichtiging duidelijk over voorgelicht wat de kosten hiervan zouden worden en hoe het werkt. Krijg nu nog voor de overdracht nog alle medewerking om nog dingen na te gaan meten voor het bestellen van een nieuwe keuken.

I am being let in by people with false promises of having a large network and selling the house quickly. In more than 4 months, nothing was done; they had no clients, no viewings, no sales. Then they would lower the price and continue with the sale. They then themselves removed the advertisement from Funda without consultation. I sent a termination of the agreement with an explanation and mention of default. They sent an invoice for the amount of 2000 euros for work that was not done. Mr. Sjors van Houwelingen, we will see each other in court because I am not planning to pay for nothing. It is a fraud. YOU ARE WARNED ABOUT THIS REAL ESTATE AGENCY!

I sold my house with the help of GratisVerhuizen real estate agency. I was well assisted and treated politely, just like the people who came to view it. The realtor is clear about the concept. The costs are passed on to the buyer. The costs are a bit high if you don't sell a very expensive property, compared to what other realtors ask. But for me, it worked.

Dear people, this concept is not what it seems. They claim to pass the costs on to the buyer, that's their story, but ultimately the seller receives less than the actual selling price. What I liked less is that I had to have the description on Funda adjusted a few times because it was not correct and the telephone accessibility could be better.

Had good experiences as a buying party opposite Gratisverhuizen as the selling agent. They were flexible, reactive and very cooperative throughout the entire process.

Bad experience as a purchasing party with Gratis Verhuizen Real Estate/Sjors. Immediately after making our offer on the house, without informing us, they contacted our financial advisor to see if we could afford the property. Ultimately, we were the highest bidders and had purchased the property subject to a structural survey. We made an appointment for the survey, but this was repeatedly cancelled by Sjors because the paperwork needed to be signed first. Furthermore, we were not allowed to attend the survey, which is unusual. After much pain and effort, we did manage to be present. Subsequently, there was an argument about the outcome of the report, which was prepared by the structural surveyor that we had requested through the Eigen Huis association. He was not objective; nothing added up; it wasn't as dramatic as all that, according to Sjors. We experienced that a lot of lies were told by Sjors, about defects, rules etc., and that we, as the paying party, were not protected at all by him. This has partially taken away the pleasure of buying the house for us. To other buyers who are dealing with Gratis Verhuizen Real Estate, we can only say, take someone with you, who understands the subject!
