My experience with Hypotheek Service Nederland (HSNL) is thoroughly disappointing. From the start, communication was unclear and appointments were repeatedly not kept. The parties involved by HSNL simply did not show up, causing unnecessary delays and extra costs. Furthermore, Mr. Harlaar responded exceptionally unprofessionally to my justified complaint, threatening legal action instead of taking responsibility for the poor service provided. Such intimidation is not what you expect from a reliable service provider. If you value professionalism, reliability, and customer orientation, I strongly advise you to seek another party. My advice: save yourself the frustration and choose an agent who keeps appointments and takes customers seriously. Response to your reaction: It is unacceptable for me on one hand to be referred to HSNL, while the other party states that they do not bear responsibility. This approach gives me the impression of a deliberately created gray area where the consumer becomes the victim. Update following the owner's response: In his response, the owner claims I should go to HSNL. However, I have an email from his colleague stating precisely that HSNL is not involved and that I should contact Woonadviseur. This contradictory communication causes confusion and gives the impression of a deliberately created gray area where no party takes responsibility. As a customer, this feels like being passed around from pillar to post. I paid in advance, without ever having a signed agreement, and was then confronted with incomplete service provision AND legal threats. This is not how business should be conducted. The lack of transparency and the shifting of responsibility is wrong and misleading.
