If you want this broker for the sale of your house, you're in good hands. They will do everything to pull the wool over the buyer's eyes. Also, all sorts of games are played, when a bid has been accepted, there is suddenly another bidder at the last moment. You’ll never guess! As a buyer, you cannot check this. The broker may not say who and how much the bid is etc. Furthermore, during the final inspection, the parquet layer is refused to look at the floor for just 10 minutes. The broker then has the final say and is absolutely not neutral. Saskia van der Zanden carried out the final inspection for us, which contributed to a very tense atmosphere. As feedback, I would like to suggest trying to be more neutral regardless of whose interests you serve.
