Normally I don't write bad reviews quickly, but this was such a bad experience that I have to mention it. As a first-time buyer, you engage a purchasing broker who (as they also state) will guide you from start to finish with the purchase of your home. Well, this was far from guidance. The purchase of my 1st home has been tarnished by this purchasing broker. They initially wanted to take the full brokerage fee for work that they didn't have to perform. I had found the apartment myself and engaged them afterwards. This even led to 'threats' from the purchasing broker (I’m keeping it civil by not mentioning her name). The broker was totally not proactive and wanted to quickly settle this, in my opinion. I also received no advice whatsoever. When I wanted to make an offer (which I came up with myself, without being advised on the value), I was given misleading information which might have caused me to bid almost 10% more than necessary. In addition, the purchasing broker told me that I 'definitely wouldn't get the apartment if they weren’t involved'. These turned out to be lies. The sellers were shocked by these statements and told me that it wasn't true. I was actually the best option. When I wanted to view the offer log after the purchase, both the purchasing and selling broker tried to prevent this (suddenly there were problems with the move portal, I was passed from one to the other etc.). Incidentally, I was never kept informed during the process and it seemed as if I had to figure everything out myself. Contact was only made when I needed to sign something. When the deed of sale arrived, the purchasing broker didn't even bother to call me to review it. I just had to sign it ASAP. And recently, while at the notary, I suddenly heard that there were multiple contributions.. I wasn’t informed about this and wonder if they even knew about it. All in all, I would not recommend this broker to anyone.
