I really don't understand these negative reviews... I've been renting here for three years and have never had any problems. If I do have problems, I call and always get help. Honestly, they are truly one of the best real estate agents in the Netherlands.
On November 4th, I had an appointment for a rental property at 6:00 PM. They called me at 5:00 PM and indicated that the appointment was rescheduled for next Monday (11/11) at 6:00 PM. On Monday, they called me again at 3:00 PM and indicated that the appointment was rescheduled to Friday (15/11) because people needed time to figure things out. I agreed. I asked each time if I could see the house but they always had something to say and lie about the house. On Friday, they called me again saying the appointment was rescheduled to Monday (18/11) at 6:00 PM. I agreed again and said that if Monday didn't work out, I wanted my deposit back and they agreed to this. On Monday (18/11), they called me again and said they didn't have the keys etc. I thanked them for their trouble (while they were lying and playing with my time and money, I was very nice to them) and asked for my money back. They said I would get the money back on Friday, even though I had indicated 3 days prior that if Monday didn't work out, I wanted my money back but okay, I agreed again. Today is November 25th and I have not received my money. They are liars, don't believe them, they call from fake numbers and give false names, and everyone blames someone else. Very unprofessional, unreliable behavior

The real estate agency shares new rental properties via various WhatsApp groups. They say that if we are interested in the houses, we can send the documents privately via WhatsApp. They never respond. We send our documents, which contain a lot of private information, and they don't even respond, whether or not they have received them. It is not a reliable real estate agency.
The worst realtor. He almost never contacts us, we have to call him. In March, we completed all the documents to buy a house, we only needed to sign the purchase agreement and that took two months. Ultimately, we did not buy the house because they never contacted us. The seller of the property would be in Dubai and he couldn't get things sorted out faster in two months, come on. And furthermore, it requests the financing to be completed two weeks earlier than expected. Really bad service

I gave it a 5 to even out those who gave it a 1 and don't know what a broker is for. He doesn't call back? Why are you calling????? It's better to take into account the opinion of people who offer apartments for rent and not from those who don't know how to rent and have to do it on their own.
