Called 3 times for a house before it came on the market. They promise to call back but didn't do so... then I called them again while the house was also listed on Funda with the disappointing message that it was also sold.

Searching for a real estate agent regarding the intention to sell our own home, we invited three agents for a consultation. One agent damaged the freshly painted walls twice, and the other came completely unprepared. Nick, however, had done his “homework”. After the detailed and informative conversation, we chose to go with WoonHub. The property was sold within a very short timeframe, at a very nice market-conform price by Nick (& his colleagues). In short, I am happy with it! Why not 5 stars then?! The only point for improvement that I can suggest is the communication after viewings. A good realtor keeps appointments and my house was sold in 3 weeks!

There you stand… A baby boom and an apartment that has sustained significant fire damage to sell. You would have preferred to sell the property yesterday but you will have to make do with what you have. I decided to contact five real estate agents to see who I could best work with. Two were quite nice, one was only concerned with his own portfolio, and one stood out above the rest. I was called by Nick from Woonhub Real Estate and he knew how to sell his service excellently. Let’s be honest, that's what you want, of course. You want a real estate agent to be good at selling because your house also needs to be sold. Where other agents saw problems regarding the timeframe, restoration work, and selling a house with fire damage, Nick came up with solutions. For example, he suggested hiring a photographer who could create 3D models of what the damaged rooms would look like after restoration. He also didn’t mind receiving potential buyers in the apartment where work was still being done. In addition, Nick gave well-supported advice regarding determining the asking price of the house. He knew what was selling for how much nearby, he was aware of the housing market and media, and knew how to speculate what we could best do. This broker/appraiser (the latter is relevant in my case) can be bought off for friends, acquaintances and clients, whereby and after which this broker performs appraisals far below the actual value!!! So that the other party can financially drain the other!!! Very absurd and corrupt, to be bought off with a little money! However, they think I'm crazy, but justice will come! What he claims in his response is also untrue again! There are already several independent valuations and determinations done! One by one, pay attention!! Averaging and well over €100,000 above this amount, of this friends’ broker/appraiser! And these have also been checked by the NWWI, or rather bullshit what Derks claims with this! Just like the rest, he has been compared to houses that many sold earlier, and not the actual percentage of this time was set on it! This house was purely sold, and taxed to disadvantage me, the other party, and drain me financially! However, Derks doesn't realize that these proofs have been on the table since March, and that the truth will come out! On Funda, indeed only clients can give points, however not someone who is disadvantaged by an opposing party partly due to (proven) false appraisal of Derks’ broker! Because then the number wouldn't have been so high anyway, but favored customers will be happy to do this injustice for me! So you can no longer take these figures on Funda seriously! With honesty towards every client you will only satisfy every client and can and may receive an honest score! You cannot justify this, as a broker/appraiser! The proofs have been there many times already! People, be careful!!
