Ik zocht een individuele, goed gelegen en onbepaalde woning waar ik comfortabel kon wonen tijdens mijn studie in Maastricht. Ik heb een woning gevonden die me erg aansprak en vanaf het eerste moment waren Sammy en Ingrid professioneel, efficiënt en ontzettend aardig. Als ik vragen had, reageerden ze snel en ze planden ook snel een bezichtiging in. Ik ben hen beiden en Rotsvast erg dankbaar voor deze fijne ervaring en dat ze het zo makkelijk hebben gemaakt om deze perfecte woning te vinden. Gezien de chaotische woningmarkt in Maastricht kan ik dit bureau van harte aanbevelen aan iedereen die op zoek is naar een woning. Heel erg bedankt!

Alles verliep perfect. Het huurproces was vlekkeloos en het team was ontzettend vriendelijk en professioneel. Een echte aanrader!

Over het algemeen heb ik een geweldige ervaring gehad met het zoeken naar een studio in Maastricht. Met name Sammy was erg behulpzaam gedurende het hele proces en communiceerde alles transparant.

Absolutely worthless. This real estate agent agreed to services and costs that I never approved, without my consent. When I asked for a quotation, they acted as if it didn't exist — while it had already been prepared. That's outright misleading. A portion of my deposit was withheld based on amounts that simply don't add up. I have proof that the hired company was present much less than what was invoiced. Also, having to email for two years for a refund of energy they said we had no right to. In the end, we did get it!! The communication is evasive, contradictory and completely unprofessional. My experience: unreliable, not transparent and absolutely no respect for customers.

Rotsvast has been my reliable partner for rental for more than 15 years. Time and again, everything is perfectly taken care of. If needed, an extra step is even taken to resolve a potential problem. All in all, very satisfied with the service of Rotsvast Maastricht.

Very bad experience as a tenant with this real estate agency. Such as not legally allowed indexations, sending incorrect invoices, engaging debt collectors to collect so-called overdue payments. Furthermore, they often do not respond by telephone. This real estate agency is certainly not there to represent the interests of the tenant and carelessly takes on the orders and information from the landlord without informing themselves with the tenant. Ashamed of your treatment of tenants!!!

If you are looking for a biased realtor who always sides with the landlord, you've come to the right place. They manage the security deposits of the apartments and find the smallest things to withhold your deposit. When it was December and the heating wasn't working, they didn't help me at all and didn't contact the landlord. But when the landlord said we were too noisy, they called us immediately. They treat you poorly and try to reclaim your deposit.

Unprofessional and disrespectful towards students!!! I rented an apartment and the landlord came in whenever they wanted. It started small with watering the plants and opening windows, but it escalated. Once, she sorted my dirty underwear and organized viewings without my knowledge! I warned Rotsvast and they said, I quote: 'She's an old woman, don't make a drama out of it.' They locked us out, just because we are young students. Stay away for your own safety. EDIT: They are now putting pressure on me via multiple emails to remove my honest review.

I rented two homes through Rotsvast and both times the process went very smoothly and to my satisfaction. They always respond quickly and are helpful if a problem arises. This is by far the best moving company I have worked with in Maastricht.

I immediately found a house through Rotvast, which is really impressive considering the situation on the housing market in Maastricht! The communication was always fast and professional, all my additional questions were answered!

De bijkomende kosten vliegen je om de oren. Ja, ook 2 jaar en 5 maanden later sturen ze je nog een factuur.

Alsof ze geld tekort hebben… sturen ze een factuur van een paar tientjes en gooien ze er nog kosten bovenop (die hoger zijn als het bedrag wat betaald moet worden). Echt schandalig.

Blijf er alsjeblieft weg! Ze trekken zich niets aan van onderhoudsproblemen en proberen je constant extra kosten in rekening te brengen. In de anderhalf jaar dat ik in mijn appartement woonde, hebben drie contactpersonen ontslag genomen, dus blijkbaar behandelen ze hun werknemers niet zo slecht als hun huurders.

Very Disappointing Experience with Koophuis Makelaars Berg, (formerly in Heer Maastricht) I recently had a very frustrating experience with Koophuis Makelaars Berg, which I unfortunately have to share. My interactions with the broker were far from professional. It seemed that he lacked knowledge of the basic principles of the real estate market, which was very surprising for someone in his position. During the process, it appeared that no clear rules or guidelines were being followed, which made the situation chaotic and stressful. It was as if the broker was making ad hoc decisions without any consideration of the consequences or legal standards. Most disturbing was the lack of transparency and integrity. I felt that my interests were not put first, and that there was a hidden agenda. This lack of trust is fundamental in real estate brokerage and was a major stumbling block for me. I advise anyone considering working with Koophuis Makelaars Berg to be cautious and possibly consider other, more reliable options. My experience was unfortunately far from positive and has left me feeling very frustrated and disappointed.
