Via Ruijters onze nieuwe woning aangekocht, beviel zo goed dat we hen ook hebben ingeschakeld voor de verkoop van onze oude woning. Door de informele sfeer voelden wij ons meteen op ons gemak. Prima geholpen door Marcel de makelaar en Chantal, zijn collega op kantoor.

Als koper van een huis heb ik teleurstellende ervaringen opgedaan met Ruijters woningmakelaardij. Bij de bezichtiging van het pand bleek dat de foto’s die op Funda stonden niet waren gemaakt van het huis dat te koop werd aangeboden maar van een soortgelijk huis. In de brochure werd hiervan geen melding gemaakt. Wie bedenkt zoiets.? De makelaar van kantoor Ruijters die bij de bezichtiging aanwezig was deed hierover heel laconiek. Zijn onverschilligheid en arrogantie waren beneden de maat. Als koper mag je m.i. verwachten dat een verkoopmakelaar ook de koper respectvol benadert. Hiervoor is een goede communicatie en motivatie noodzakelijk. Dit heb ik gemist. Verder bleek dat er niet zo nauw werd omgegaan met de wettelijke bedenktijd van de koper. De voorlopige koopovereenkomst werd door verkoper een week later ondertekend dan door de koper. U begrijpt het al. Ik kan makelaar Ruijters niemand aanbevelen.
