21 May 2025We bought a house through this real estate agent. He didn't take time for us, during the viewing he was just on the phone. It was very difficult to get in contact with this real estate agent. Afterwards we had contact with the seller of the property and it turned out that the real estate agent had lied about things. And the seller had already accepted earlier offers and the real estate agent hadn't done anything about it, still waiting for higher bids. Unfortunately only looking for commission instead of helping people with a house. Luckily we had a relaxed seller, with whom we could arrange things ourselves. Absolutely not recommended this man! 1 star is still too much unfortunately. A warned person counts for 2.

You make an appointment take time off from work plan it in for a viewing to rent a building and then you get a phone call that they have rented it out to someone else twice !! APPOINTMENT IS AN APPOINTMENT THEN YOU DON'T RENT IT OUT TO SOMEONE ELSE!! VERY SAD

The first time, no unattainable fairy tales were promised. Now they were: lots of searching and high prices. This did not materialize. Too many promises made. This was also acknowledged neatly. 26 Jan 2025What a quick sale. Top. The contact that there was is fine. What I personally find a pity is that it mostly goes through systems, app or email. I prefer warm contact. The system used to collect results and documents is almost impossible to use on mobile. Signing also goes digital so that's not a warm moment. But good work and probably really belongs to the current generation to do as much as possible digitally. I experience this same thing with the department that prepares the financing.

17 Jun 2025From the very first phone call (for an initial consultation appointment) to signing the purchase agreement, everything went super well! You are fully taken care of, they are always available, friendly, professional and transparent in communication. We chose Linda as our selling broker and we immediately had a good connection with her during the first meeting. She is very friendly, explains everything clearly and gives good advice. We were sold right away, now if only the house would sell we thought. Everything was top-notch; photographer, measurement of the property, and the Move application made everything even easier. No hassle with paperwork and everything digital. And if you had questions, you could just call, always available with Monique who is always helpful and friendly. The viewings were also well organized, neatly scheduled and clearly indicated in the Move app when and by whom. Linda and Bob (and once Nicole) took care of the viewings and they were well prepared. They seemed relaxed and exuded confidence. After each viewing, you could read a short report of their experience with the client and any expectations. After the deadline bidding period, Linda immediately called with all bids and also gave clear advice. And a week later, we were already at their office signing the purchase agreement in the company of the new residents. Kempen & Oberdorf is absolutely recommended! Linda, Bob, Monique, Nicole and the rest of the team, thank you on our behalf!
