We had a very beautiful, fast and professional experience with the purchase of our restaurant in Alkmaar. Only praise for the good cooperation and beautiful result.

Good and fast communication.

Wij waren een weekendje weg naar Texel lekkere uitwaaien aan de zee. Het appartement was nieuw ingericht en was goed schoon gemaakt. Het uitzicht was fantastisch we keken op het vliegveldje van Texel daar was de hele dag wat te zien. Wij komen hier zeker weer

Dit was de eerste keer dat we in Duinland 55 verbleven en we waren er helemaal weg van. Het is een prachtige, ruime en moderne bungalow. Alle kamers zijn licht en modern, maar toch gezellig. Er is een grote badkamer, een gastentoilet en een en-suite badkamer in de hoofdslaapkamer. Boeken via Callinghe Vakanties verliep bovendien volledig probleemloos en het personeel was erg vriendelijk. We waren zo onder de indruk dat we alweer twee vakanties daar hebben geboekt voor dit jaar.

We verbleven in een prachtig appartement met een grote tuin. De keuken, met kookeiland en ongelooflijk comfortabele stoelen, was fantastisch. De slaapkamers hadden zeer comfortabele, grote boxspringbedden. Alles was smaakvol ingericht. Een zeer ruime badkamer met een enorm bad was perfect om in te ontspannen. Aan niets ontbrak het. Er was zelfs een wafelijzer, kruiden en een geweldige Nespresso-machine. We komen zeker terug naar dit fantastische complex. Onze hond, Barley, voelde zich er ook helemaal thuis. De nabijheid van de zee, op slechts 500 meter afstand, zorgde ervoor dat we elke avond konden genieten van adembenemende zonsondergangen. Magisch.

Prachtig, schoon vakantiehuis, alles wat u nodig heeft is aanwezig.

Ik heb een super overnachting gehad. Callinghe Vakanties heeft alles super goed verzorgd. Dank voor de fijne communicatie.

Enorme gastvrije ontvangs. Welkomst pakket met zelfs bloemen. Prachtige plek, eigen parkeerplaats, dichtbij strand en alles in huis wat je nodig hebt!

Geweldige locatie ok er te verblijven

Dit weekend geweest. Studio de vlijt first class met ontbijt en dinerarrangement! Mooi, schoon huisje. Heerlijk ontbeten en verassend lekker gegeten van ons verassing menu! Een aanrader!

Erg netjes, ontbijt was goed verzorgd. Verrassingsmenu was ook erg lekker. Suite was schoon!! Voor herhaling vatbaar.

We voelden ons erg op ons gemak in het appartement en alles was schoon. Alle keukenapparatuur (airfryer, broodrooster, koffiezetapparaat) en het servies/bestek waren gloednieuw. Alles was aanwezig (theelichtjes, bakpapier, enz.). Heel erg bedankt!

Een heerlijk ontspannend kort verblijf! Vakantiehuis Buitenplaats 134 is uitstekend uitgerust, smaakvol ingericht en beschikt over een prachtige, omheinde tuin met een fantastisch terras! Ideaal voor een verblijf met een hond! Zowel het eindeloze zandstrand als het dorpscentrum met supermarkt zijn gemakkelijk te bereiken! Een verblijf in dit vakantiehuis is altijd erg ontspannend! De sleuteloverdracht en het contact met het personeel van Callinghe verliepen, zoals altijd, soepel en zeer vriendelijk!

Dit keer was het een kleine bungalow (Garnekuul 76). Goed onderhouden, modern en van alle gemakken voorzien. Gemakkelijk te voet bereikbaar. Meer dan voldoende voor twee personen en een hond. De registratie en service bij Callinghe Vakanties verliepen, zoals altijd, vlot en vriendelijk. Een echte aanrader.

Het appartement ligt op een fantastische locatie. Het strand is gemakkelijk te voet bereikbaar, direct aan de overkant van de straat. Het appartement is modern en comfortabel ingericht; we hadden alles wat we nodig hadden. Onze hond voelde zich er ook erg op zijn gemak. De keuken is volledig uitgerust. De matrassen waren de beste die we tot nu toe in Nederland hebben gehad. We hebben heerlijk geslapen. De parkeerplaats, beveiligd met een slagboom, is ook erg handig. We moesten even zoeken om de ingang van het appartement te vinden; die bevindt zich in het eerste gebouw. ​​We zouden graag nog eens terugkomen.

Sint Maartenszee was onze vakantiebestemming in augustus. De vakantieaccommodatie was echter een schande. We verbleven in het verder prima vakantiepark Duinland. Accommodatie nummer 90, Duinland, is absoluut af te raden! De rugleuning van een keukenstoel was met tie-wraps aan elkaar genaaid. En dit zou een gezinsaccommodatie moeten zijn! Er was duidelijk totaal geen rekening gehouden met de veiligheid van kleine kinderen! Er lagen etensresten in de keukenkastjes. Sokken van de vorige huurder?! In een van de kledingkasten in de slaapkamers. De matrassen hadden gele en bruine vlekken. Hoe kan iemand zoiets verhuren? De slaapkamers waren veel te klein. De bedden stonden zo dicht op elkaar dat niemand 's nachts naar het toilet kon zonder uit bed te kruipen. Ondanks onze klacht leek er niets verbeterd te zijn. Het klachtenformulier op de website is blijkbaar verouderd en werkt niet. Nooit meer, vooral omdat andere recensies ook slecht zijn. Dit verhuurbedrijf zou gesloten moeten worden! Het is pure oplichting! Waarom het schoonmaakpersoneel deze problemen niet heeft opgemerkt, blijft een raadsel...

Het personeel was ronduit onvriendelijk. Ik heb zelden zulk onvriendelijk gedrag jegens klanten meegemaakt. Je voelt je hier totaal niet op je gemak. Vragen, klachten of verzoeken worden beantwoord met een kortaf antwoord en er wordt niets …
