Had in eerste instantie de woning te hoog ingezet, maar na overleg deze aangepast. verder verliep het soepel en reageert ook altijd als je iets wil weten. Wel een makelaar die de omgeving goed kent, fijn om zaken mee te doen.
Arco heeft ons goed geholpen bij de aankoop én de verkoop van een woning. Hij nam de tijd voor vragen en gaf na iedere bezichtiging een fijne samenvatting van de impressies.

Tijdens onze vakantie heeft de makelaar mijn huis verkocht binnen 1 dag. Hij komt de afspraken goed na. Is duidelijk en realistisch. Geeft goede adviezen. Kent de lokale markt uitstekend en kan een goede inschatting maken. Houd rekening met de wensen van de bewoners en denkt mee.
Het contact verliep goed. Als de ene makelaar er niet was nam de ander het prima over. De gerealiseerde prijs is naar verwachting.
