Onze ervaring met Makelaardij Middelbrink was bijzonder teleurstellend. Na acceptatie van ons bod werden wij zelfs gefeliciteerd met de aankoop van een woning en kregen wij te horen dat de koopovereenkomst zou worden opgesteld. Drie dagen later werden wij echter om 20:30 uur gebeld met de mededeling dat ons bod toch niet geaccepteerd was en dat wij opnieuw een hoger bod moesten uitbrengen. Na acceptatie van het nieuwe bod werden meerdere keren foutieve koopovereenkomsten opgesteld, met onder andere onjuiste data. Ondanks deze fouten werden wij onder druk gezet om toch te tekenen met de belofte dat alles later zou worden aangepast. Ook de verkoop van onze eigen woning verliep moeizaam. Ondanks veel interesse op Funda kregen wij nauwelijks terugkoppeling of advies over hoe de verkoop kon worden gestimuleerd. Op vragen hierover werd vaak niet of pas na lange tijd gereageerd. Uiteindelijk werd ons verteld dat de woning niet verkocht werd omdat wij niet wilden zakken naar een vraagprijs die €55.000 onder hun eigen taxatie lag. Daarnaast hebben wij meerdere keren ervaren dat afspraken niet werden nagekomen, communicatie tegenstrijdig was en er weinig sprake was van proactieve begeleiding. Contact met onze hypotheekadviseur werd volgens onze ervaring onvoldoende opgepakt, terwijl dit het proces juist had kunnen versnellen. Uiteindelijk hebben wij de samenwerking beëindigd vanwege een gebrek aan vertrouwen, onvoldoende communicatie en het gevoel dat onze belangen niet voorop stonden. Onze woning hebben wij vervolgens zelf verkocht via een socialmediabericht, zonder de forse prijsverlaging die ons eerder werd geadviseerd. Op basis van onze ervaring kunnen wij deze makelaar helaas niet aanbevelen.
