The lady was totally unwilling to think along and wanted to hang up on me as quickly as possible. Because I pressed her for her expertise (which she apparently didn't have), she became angry and then found it 'my problem' that I currently am without a home because the new construction project hasn't been completed yet. After that, I even did it again because I reacted pittig. What's strange to say?! Unprecedented. If it had been my company, I would have fired her immediately.
