Unfortunately, Rental Rotterdam is not clear about the locations of viewings and open houses; you don't receive instructions as to where you need to be. Furthermore, they are very difficult to reach. If you are somewhere at your appointment time but no one sees you, and you can’t get through on the phone, that's it for you. Forget about it, because there are 100 others like you anyway. That's really how they treat you.

We submitted everything neatly as requested, but then it remained silent from their side for a long time. There was absolutely no update, not even proactively. Only when my husband contacted them himself did we hear after three weeks that we didn't have a chance at the property. However, this was communicated without any explanation or reason. Foreigners get fewer chances faster. Because my husband is foreign. The communication was very disappointing and unprofessional. As potential tenants, we would have expected at least timely and transparent communication. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend Rental Rotterdam based on this experience.
