Can be much more professional

I got to know Tom when he was the seller of the new house I had my eye on. This went so nicely, smoothly and genuinely that I also asked him (after closing the purchase deal) to sell my current home. Not regretted it for a second here either. With great pleasure and enthusiasm, he took on this challenge and together we found the perfect buyer, which I feel very good about. Tom really thinks along with you, listens well to your wishes and understands his craft. Although he is still relatively young, he is trustworthy. Tom, thank you!

Excellent realtor

Tried Friday afternoon 02-08-2024 to call the real estate agency branch Sprang Capelle and I was kept on hold for a very long time and then pushed away. That as many as 8 times! Another (mobile) number called and that didn't work either; they did call back.. 07-08-2024 appointment to view the house. I am there neatly on time and NO ONE at the agreed time… calling the office spang capelle and again NO ONE picks up… office Woudrichem called and they saw that the appointment was in the broker's agenda and I could get a 06 number… what arrogance! I indicated that they should call and 20 minutes late Mr. aankakken arrived… story: they had sent him to the wrong house….. furthermore he didn’t have a key and the owners of the house to be viewed were on vacation. While the back gate was open, a motor was outside and the skylights on the upper floor were wide open. So it doesn't match at all.. A small apology could come out and hopefully they can make up for it with another viewing… what an incompetent group. No words for it.

What a joy we are with our new house and that is thanks to the Agents of Altena. They made sure that we could buy the house as a Buyer's Agent and we are very grateful to Tom Kwint for that. Even late at night a phone call with updates and also via email. We came across a house where we both fell in love but didn’t know how to approach it. With an email and a phone call, action was immediately taken with the selling party. They hammered out the details on our behalf and negotiated well. And yes, thanks to these actions, we got the house. For the mortgage, an appraisal still had to be carried out, and they did that at De Makelaars van Altena too. A neat appointment was made with the selling party and then a very beautiful appraisal, very extensive and completely official according to NWWI. Everything was neatly on email and with all patience and good explanation everything was explained to us. This allowed us to get the mortgage arranged quite quickly and now we are waiting for the keys. What an awesome company, you are helped professionally here and I can recommend it to everyone. If we ever sell our house, I will definitely have them arrange it. They know your wishes with a few words. So highly recommended, and once again thank you very much for all your good care.
