Rondleiding gehad bij een woning in de zegge, de makelaar gaf aan dat de woning isolatie had in de tussenverdieping maar wees daarbij een vloerplaat aan. ook op andere vragen kwam geen gedegen antwoord. Ten slot tot mijn grote verbazing gaf ze aan toen we weg gingen dat er al een bod voor de vraagprijs lag dus als we het huis wouden hebben dat we hoger als dat moesten bieden. Ik zou niet graag degene zijn die de vraagprijs had geboden. dan wordt je toch mooi een oor aangenaaid. zou niet graag nogmaals zaken doen met deze partij maar je kiest niet uit bij wie iemand anders zijn huis verkoopt.

Zowel Johan als Shaula zijn lieve en eerlijke makelaars. In ons geval was het de verkopende partij en wij hebben ze als zeer prettig ervaren. Snel contact, geen vraag te veel en het meest belangrijke: eerlijk en oprecht. Ze hebben ook met ons meegedacht en gaven ons een warm gevoel. Wij raden ze van harte aan! Dank jullie wel voor alles!

Goed het was prettig om met hem samen te werken. Het contact was snel en deskundig. Op alle vlakken.

Fijne afstemming en korte lijnen met de verkoper, het bord verkocht onder voorbehoud hebben we gemist waardoor de buurt bleef vragen of het nog steeds niet verkocht is. Ook het bord verkocht valt niet echt op. Hier zou makelaar en verkoper meer voordeel uit kunnen halen.

Little learned from the housing crisis. Making an appointment is difficult, you have to chase it up multiple times yourself. The real estate agent arrives late for the appointment, the real estate agent asks a lot of questions about your private life and tells nothing about the house. The real estate agent indicates that they will send another questionnaire and investigate some questions with the owner. You have to chase this yourself, the answers to the questions do not come and after a few days you find out that the house has been sold subject to approval. Apparently too much trouble to mention something like that during a viewing. The house is advertised with an incorrect energy label. In short, such a bad experience that we will from now on skip every house as a precaution that comes up for sale with them.
