The appraiser from Grimme real estate agency. The assignment was given at the beginning of November, after 3 weeks I wanted information about how it was going .scandalously treated by an employee. I had to patiently wait, shouldn't complain, no statement was made about how it was going, I was just laughed at by that ... of a man. The appraiser let it be known through channels that he thought his colleague had behaved badly. The day before Christmas, the selling real estate agent reported that the appraisal report was almost ready. On January 10th, my financial advisor called to see if I had heard anything from Grimme, which I hadn't. My advisor did! After 7 weeks they decided to return the assignment! SHAMEFUL! Keeping someone on a string for 7 weeks and not even informing the client personally. Just say you don’t know anything about appraisals. Both incidents no personal contact towards me, the client. What poor real estate agency!

Door ons vooraf onvoldoende te oriënteren bleek "makelaar" van Dort (met alleen onze woning in de verkoop) niet de goede keuze. Taxeert te verkopen woning te hoog. Rekent hoge courtage, opstart- en afkoopkosten. Zonder Rob hadden wij minimaal 30 duizend euro meer aan de verkoop overgehouden. Veel gebakken lucht. Door ons vast te laten houden aan de vraagprijs werd een fatsoenlijk bod vrij aan het begin van het verkooptraject gemist.

A complaint has been filed with the investigating judge against them, but the investigation called 'operation deaf pot' was launched. This is about: Judges who do not know the law, make their own laws, create their own evidence, and cannot even read properly!!! Your property rights mean nothing and are being taken away by the justice department together with the mortgage registrar, administrator, notary and Prosecutor in 'arrest'. Remember well: if your property deed has been transferred to the mortgage office, registration fees have been paid and you are listed as the owner on the cadastral records, then according to justice, you ARE NOT THE OWNER. Een zeer prettige ervaring met Makelaardij Kuper. Een ontzettend vriendelijke makelaar die eerlijk, open en transparant is, wat we erg hebben gewaardeerd. Geen mooier verhaal maken dan nodig is, maar gewoon duidelijk en betrouwbaar. Daarnaast nam hij rustig de tijd voor de bezichtiging en gaf hij ons een prettig gevoel tijdens het hele proces. Helaas bleek de woning uiteindelijk niet helemaal de juiste match voor ons, maar dat lag zeker niet aan de begeleiding. Absoluut een fijne makelaar om mee in contact te zijn.

Peter, een zeer kundig en ervaren makelaar die weet hoe de hazen lopen. Heeft ons voortreffelijk geholpen met de verkoop van ons appartement.
