Responded to a property, we were the highest bidder but the seller wanted us to do a mortgage WITHOUT conditions otherwise the property would go to another party, we asked for 3.5 weeks of postponement but it was not accepted, okay I can accept that. To our surprise, the property is now on Funda WITH conditions and we are already two weeks further. Asked for an explanation but Sjoerd says he sold it, all in all a strange story.

Definitely recommended, the expertise is extremely skilled, knows all markets and therefore provides nice, relevant advice, but also tips in other areas (such as insurance, selling a house etc). Idiot prices and brokers who drive up prices to unrealistic amounts. Construction costs of € 235,000 that are now being sold for an asking price of € 536,000. I see the misery of the future happening before my eyes and believe me, that is going to happen. The past has taught us that and then the lament begins again. We never learn it. Where there is most demand, nothing is built, consequence: housing shortage. Free up living in recreational homes, then you solve part of the housing shortage. And stop building expensive houses that are now being bought up by investment companies at frankly ridiculous prices and resold or rented out. Releasing the market was the magic word of the VVD, now see the result: almost no one can afford a house.

We certainly do not recommend this broker. They assessed the house that we purchased. After the assessment, we contacted them because we were surprised by a number of comparison points in the area. Germ reacted very peculiarly to this, stating that it was our problem and not his problem. Also, there was no talking with Germ as he indicated that he owed no explanation. Perhaps he wasn't having a good day, but because of this, we certainly would not recommend this broker.
