Very bad experiences with this company. They act arrogantly, are very condescending, unprofessional, caught multiple times lying about things to ensure you sign (telling you they will build within 2 months while they haven't even finalized the zoning plan with the municipality), sending my signed purchase and construction agreements to other parties so they also sign (Jantje has already signed, so you have to now, coincidentally a friend of mine who they tried to force this way), not showing up for their own appointments, and so on. I advise everyone to take a step back as soon as they see Bieze as a real estate agent!
