Very bad experiences with this company. They behave arrogantly, are very condescending, unprofessional, caught lying multiple times about things to make you sign (telling that they will start building within two months while they haven't even finalized the zoning plan with the municipality), sending my signed purchase and construction agreements to other parties so that they also sign (Jan has already signed, so now you must too, coincidentally a friend of mine who they tried to coerce in this manner), not showing up for their own appointments, and so on. I advise everyone to take a step back as soon as they see Bieze as the real estate agent! Edit: Bieze's response is exactly how they operate, immediately deflecting responsibility. My first reaction was copied from three years ago. I bought a house through Bieze in 2024.

The market value of the house was somewhat lower. Looking at another valuation, one came out lower and the other higher. Looking at the house, the realtor could have valued it a bit lower but was naturally happy with it. Ultimately sold through division of inheritance.

I had a very good experience with Niels in particular. The sale of my house in Apeldoorn went very well and I was well informed. Thinking along, flexibility and excellent communication during the process. Thank you Niels Demmers for all your good care.

Mr. Bieze himself was really enormously uninterested, condescending and not cooperative. No tour with information or even tips, no background information, smoking while you're standing there. Dismissed things when you considered them a major drawback etc. Seen many houses lately and therefore also various real estate agents and they were all truly the opposite. Bieze doesn’t enjoy his work anymore, I think.

To be honest, I don't understand a lot of the reactions here.... We ourselves have only had good experiences with both Hans and Judith. Bieze is a very reliable real estate agent who understands the business. Also in our circle of acquaintances, houses have been sold by Hans, and they are also very satisfied with how their sales process went. When Hans was our purchasing agent for our first house, he managed to negotiate with the selling party of no less than 3 houses further down the chain (not our selling party, not the selling party after that, but the selling party after them) to get an X amount off the price (it was the most expensive house) so that everyone could buy/sell their house. This was necessary because our starter loan was rejected (the pot was empty). And we couldn't secure financing. Thanks to this brilliant action by Hans, we were still able to buy the house. Then it can be said that you did an excellent job as a real estate agent!

Bieze assesses far too low so he can sell super quickly. OK, he promises to negotiate later. But he doesn't do that. So you lose the equity you’ve saved for thirty years. He’s very good at selling it quickly. But of course, it’s not so difficult for that price. Advice? Have a broker who knows he can’t sell himself make an assessment for a good price. Another broker then has to sell at that price. Does he want that? Too bad. Number three then. Good luck.

Very poor communication, condescending and arrogant attitude towards buyers, poor knowledge of the subject matter and very impolite. The brochure contained incorrect dimensions among other things, and the deed of sale was also full of errors. (Don't) buy or sell a house here!
