To avoid damaging our case with the NVM disciplinary committee, we refrain from further comment. A tip for potential buyers: Always take a buyer’s agent with you and record the information you receive during the tour! Then you are strong and prevent misunderstandings.

Very misleading realtor. Rough in speech and brazen, no knowledge of the subject matter. Has sold houses before, to handymen so he can resell them as quickly as possible for mega prices. Not worthy of even one star. It's a shame that many people don't bother to say it.

Last year I had a great valuation done (hence the 2 stars and not one). This year I submitted another request for the same house. The quote with the standard price arrived within 24 hours. The answer as to whether an adjusted price was possible because most of the work was already done, I still haven't received it after more than a week and twice asking. Unfortunately, even a simple 'no' would have been fine now I had to arrange someone else.
