My experience with real estate agent Irene Keij is very disappointing. The communication is downright poor: there is no callback, not even after having contacted multiple times. When you have a question or want clarity on something, it stays quiet. The only moment when she seems accessible is when there's money to be made. This gives the impression that customer orientation and service are not priorities at all. From a real estate agent, you may expect reliability, involvement and professionalism, but unfortunately I have not experienced that with Irene Keij. Based on my experience, I therefore strongly advise against this real estate agent.
