Several weeks later, I called myself to find out what the status was. Answer: yes, everything has already been sold! HOW!? He was one of the first to call and Witte / Brugge Makelaars were supposed to call him back! Now he can say goodbye to the apartment he waited years for to come up for sale because Witte Makelaars treats their 'customers' like this. Truly not even worthy of 1 star!

Once we finally manage to make contact, we are not allowed to view the house; they first want to know if it is financially feasible for us. We are also told that a lot needs to be done to the house, costing around € 50,000. We feel sorry for the sellers that their house is being talked about like this. Unfortunately, we had to cancel a house and now it seems that this is being used against us.

You are not even worth 1 star! Mold everywhere, water leaks, blocked pipes. And so on. Witte Makelaars speaks extremely negatively about colleague realtors and does everything to reel you in as a client. A shame, I think that this aggressive attitude doesn't do the office any good.
