Rightfully a rent exploiter. Prompt when it comes to receiving money, but completely absent when it comes to regular maintenance of the property. You are greeted politely, receive a neat excuse as to why it didn't work out this time again, and ultimately nothing happens.
They left the apartment so dirty that we couldn't clean it for a long time. Full trash cans with a chandelier in a green container. Messy shed, rooms. Why? There was a pandemic, everyone raised prices, we picked up the keys after signing the documents, now I know it is illegal. They probably knew the owner because he had given them permission and was ashamed to show himself. I have never seen such nonsense in a house for sale, and I have also looked at vacant properties. Our realtor also received the apartment from us, which was clean and in possession of the buyer. 1 point only because they chose it for us.

Our house was sold subject to contract and Witte Real Estate seriously and thoroughly assessed our house following our request for sale, after which a beautiful and realistic price was achieved. The agents themselves conducted the viewings and always informed us immediately afterwards. We could also contact them if we had questions and received professional answers. The collaboration went very smoothly.

We would like to view a house, but the real estate agent initially doesn't respond. Once we finally manage to make contact, we are not allowed to view the house; they first want to know if it is financially feasible for us. We are also told that a lot needs to be done to the house, costing around € 50,000. We feel sorry for the sellers that their house is being talked about like this. Unfortunately, we had to cancel a house and now it seems that this is being used against us.
You are not even worth 1 star! Mold everywhere, water leaks, blocked pipes. And so on. Rude contact person Ferry, who prefers to start an argument rather than looking at how the customer can be helped. No matter how many emails you send, no response. Not reachable by phone either. Then they say that Ferry is not present. Once went to their office ourselves. And there was Ferry. Not recommended! HOUSE MILKERS

No good experiences with this realtor. Approached multiple realtors for the sale of a house. Witte Makelaars speaks extremely negatively about colleague realtors and does everything to reel you in as a client. A shame, I think that this aggressive attitude doesn't do the office any good. It is also unnecessary to speak so negatively about other realtors in Tiel.
