Review on behalf of my father Hans; I am very satisfied with the real estate agent. It started with a super fine introduction with Lesley and then also top collaboration with Bas. Lisette has also provided us with good tips. A real estate agency where you get every dot on the i from start to finish. A huge recommendation!

When calling this company regarding looking for a warehouse with office, I got an answer from the receptionist who first sounded good and was always super nice. However, after being connected to the handler, the conversation did change. Since I was looking for a warehouse with an office, they immediately said good annual figures, number of years? What nonsense for a price of 950 per month. Starting businesses are therefore not even helped? And that for a warehouse with an office for only 950€ per month, which is not money. Mr. also doesn't make an effort to offer other options and only says he has no interest in i. Placement of your company. What I personally find nonsense. I have demonstrable good turnover in a short period, but you're just cut off and answered briefly and then hung up! Not recommendable for the same starting businesses that take things seriously.

Never in my life…. My experience with Bernheze is not entirely positive. A: they ask far too high in terms of sales value, which means properties stay on the market longer than average in certain segments and B: They are busy, a frequently heard excuse. Scheduling a property viewing takes over two weeks before the realtor has time for a tour. A property can therefore already be snatched up in front of your eyes without even having set foot inside. If you have such a large team, then at least make sure that someone is available to give potential buyers quick access to a sales object. In addition, the settlement process, obtaining a preliminary purchase/sale agreement, takes an average of 2 to 3 weeks (not just with us but also with others). Something that can be arranged in practice in two days if you have all the data. If you then contact them, the standard message is: we are busy! Isn't that my problem as a (seller) buyer? You do want to sell for your seller? After all, as a client, you pay enough for it, so you will have to take the necessary steps. This realtor puts in full effort in the higher segments (€800,000 and above), but in the lower segments you actually don't count and are not important enough. Houses therefore also stay on the market longer with this realtor. There are also specific ‘know-it-alls’ around at this company who think they can do everything their own way, with the motto: You will do as I say. This doesn't work when you have the wrong person opposite you and is anything but customer-oriented and service-minded. Bernheze is surely reliable in specific areas, but far from transparent and cooperative. There are also huge doubts whether they advocate for you as a (seller) buyer with regard to questions you have towards parties. The photography and videos that are made are worthless; they do not give a realistic picture, but a distorted image of an object. Also, the videos are put together so quickly that you can’t deduce anything from such material. It makes you restless and after completion you still don't have a good picture of the offered object. They won’t see me back as a client.

Very satisfied! Ton is an incredibly friendly and helpful agent. He really thought along with us, was easily accessible, and gave clear explanations. Thanks to his commitment, everything went smoothly. Definitely recommended!

Difficult communication upfront. Failing to keep appointments on the backend. The reception desk is easily accessible by phone, but with the brokers it seems as if they all work part-time. Don't start it.

When I look on funda and I see Bernheze representing the sale of a house, I already drop out. Houses with this realtor often stay for sale longer than average. This is naturally because they price the houses high, especially in the Land van Cuijk region.

Furthermore, they helped us well with the purchase of our new home. All in all, we found it a super pleasant collaboration and will definitely return to these real estate agents in the future.

I recently collaborated with great pleasure with Bernheze Makelaars and I must say that their pursuit of excellence really impressed me. Led by the skilled and dedicated Bas Honselaar, this team is a symbol of professionalism, reliability and quality.

Hopeless realtor, first called to arrange a viewing for the property in question. This was already proving very difficult... then received a viewing from a realtor who spent more time playing with his phone than providing information. His explanation was that he had driven to this property so many times with interested parties for nothing but couldn't sell it. Now, the property has serious deferred maintenance and is completely uninhabitable. That wasn’t a problem for me, as I had indicated; I wanted to purchase it. A few days passed and I called the realtor, who was not available to speak with me and would call back later. After hearing nothing for several days, I called myself. Submitted a market-conform bid for this property and he said he would consult with the owner and get back to me within a few days. We are now 4 weeks further and he still needs to call me. No is also an answer. You'd have this realtor who should sell your house in good faith but doesn’t have the decency to respond or communicate properly with potential customers. A strong recommendation against using him, as far as I’m concerned.

On the website it says: 'Our services can be described as sound, transparent and reliable with more than 25 years of experience.' Unfortunately, the service of this real estate agency is neither transparent nor reliable for a counterparty. Potential buyers beware! This is definitely not recommended - be warned #offended

Called about a rental property. A lot of effort was put into gathering all the forms, even paid for some things, they said they would contact us a few weeks ago, which they didn't. I called them a week later and they said our details had been received correctly. Again, it was said that they would contact us. Again, not done. A bad situation. Please don’t promise anything for next time. It saves us a lot of time.
