The purchase of this property was subject to a suspensive condition: the sale could only proceed when the sellers had actually acquired ownership of the object they intended to purchase. This involved quite a bit legally and in terms of processing time, and Koen, as our real estate agent, advised us not only professionally but also in communication with the parties involved with knowledge of the matter and a sense of proportion.

A lot is communicated through Move, which took some getting used to. This could have been named more clearly, in my opinion. Otherwise, handled perfectly well.

Not satisfied with the service towards the buying party (me and my partner). They don't think ahead when the purchase process looks different than normal. Also, there was minimal communication. Only after 3.5 weeks did we receive the final purchase contract. A quick, somewhat stress-free negotiated purchase is not in this party's repertoire according to my experience.

I still haven't gotten an appointment even after calling twice. It seems like they don't want customers with a budget of 700,000 euros.

Wij hebben ontzettend goede ervaring met dit bedrijf. Een hele professionele , moderne en deskundige aanpak en bovendien hele leuke mensen die altijd voor ons klaar stonden. Onze situatie behoefde wat meer aandacht omdat wij al in het buitenland woonden toen we ons huis te koop aanboden. Ze hebben ons met raad en daad bijgestaan en waren altijd bereikbaar. En als kers op de taart... Het huis was supersnel verkocht voor een goede prijs. Ik zou zeker met dit bedrijf in zee gaan.

Ze verstrekken juiste informatie en doen grondig (voor)onderzoek om onaangename verassingen te voorkomen. Unfortunately a terrible realtor I really regret. They rarely respond to questions, never sent us the realtor sign and we've been working for days to get them to create the preliminary purchase agreement, a service we paid for. I would absolutely not recommend using them, I really wouldn't trust them.

Unfortunately, we had not read the previous review earlier, because it is very relatable. Communication very poor, very difficult to reach, obfuscating the issue, no map created, no sign, incorrect m2 advertised, no self-awareness and just avoiding the problem. Save yourself a lot of stress and go with someone else.

Not even 1 star, no chance of viewing and it's already sold. No fair information.

Very disappointed.. They casually called two days before the scheduled viewing with the news that the house had already been sold… they said they received an offer they couldn’t refuse. While we had indicated we wanted to return from vacation earlier to view it sooner, which wasn't necessary.. That's not how you treat your customers!

Help well, clear information and take the time for you.

Very disappointed. Two days before the scheduled viewing, they casually called to say that the house had already been sold. They said they received an offer they couldn't refuse. While we specifically asked if everyone would get a chance to make an offer. I gave 2 stars because otherwise they do sound nice but hope this is a lesson for them that you don’t treat customers like this. So unfortunately, not a good first experience with this real estate agency.
