We moved from London to Utrecht and at that time had little knowledge of the Dutch housing market. Jeffrey reacted quickly, thought with us and was flexible in scheduling appointments and viewings, which was extra nice because we were still living abroad at that time. The whole process went clear and smooth. Jeffrey took the time to answer our questions and gave us honest and clear advice. Thanks to his help, we now live in a beautiful house in Utrecht, which makes us happy every day. We would recommend Jeffrey to everyone who is looking for a nice property. Besides the fact that he does his job excellently, it's also just a very pleasant and friendly person to work with, and very involved and helpful. Once again super thank you for everything!

My husband and I rented an apartment through Jeffrey and the entire process went smoothly, from start to finish. We are not Dutch and had never before rented an apartment in the Netherlands, so we had many questions. Jeffrey was always very friendly and polite, the communication with him was quick and clear, and he was always available to answer our questions and help us. The overall experience was great and we are very happy with our new apartment!

We were helped extremely well by Jeffrey a few years ago. With his help, we lived for more than 5 years in a beautiful rented apartment in Utrecht, in a completely renovated former school building. We were so 'spoiled' by this nice apartment that it actually made the search for a purchase property quite difficult 😉 Recently, we did move to a purchase property. Also then Jeffrey helped again with the handover to the new tenants, which went smoothly again. I have referred many housing seekers to Jeffrey in the past years! Great real estate agents have really helped us in finding a rental apartment. Finding a house in Utrecht is really difficult, but thanks to their work my friend and I found one within less than a month. They are super professional and always reachable. They have followed us step by step: appointments, viewings, contract, etc. For example, we are expats and they have also helped us with translating documents. If you're looking for a house, we really recommend that you work together with this agency.
