Very bad experience with this real estate agency! Hidden defects were found in our house, which were completely dismissed by SAMEN. The sellers were clearly aware of the hidden defect; during the key transfer, we already saw the defect that was not mentioned and pointed it out to the broker, however, he felt that the seller had fulfilled his reporting obligation simply by nodding, while he also did not mention anything in previous questionnaires, even one filled out just before the discovery. This real estate agency tried to pull the rug out from under us.

Got acquainted with this realtor through a viewing and then decided that if we ever needed a realtor, it would be this office, and we absolutely have not regretted that decision when selling the family home. These ladies are professional, expert, involved, correct in their appointments, and have an eye for detail. The photo presentation looked great, and 1 week after the viewings, the house was sold. The further handling of preparing the purchase contract, requesting the energy label, and final transfer, they (especially Gigi) all arranged perfectly for us. In short, we are very satisfied with this real estate agency.

An undelivered letter is being delivered despite a “no advertising” sticker. The letter requests the sale of the house, while I live in a rented property. I find it appalling to receive such a letter through the mail! Furthermore, this is a waste of paper!

Extremely pushy during the purchase of a house to sign a purchase agreement while the building inspection had not yet been done. This realtor tries to play dirty tricks in this strange housing market. Stay far away!
