Even ter info, ik ben de verkoper. Animo makelaars heeft ons appartement verkocht! Pascal was een van de geïnteresseerden, na bezichtiging verliep het allemaal erg stroef met deze persoon. Hij wilde wel kopen maar het schoot niet op. Zelfs tot 2x toe onze vakantie verschoven om alles af te handelen echter Pascal bleef maar schuiven en wilde niet tekenen. Toen ons appartement aan een andere geïnteresseerde verkocht wat allemaal snel geregeld is. Conclusie, Marijn van Animo makelaars heeft gedaan wat hij moest doen namelijk ons appartement verkopen. Alles is door hem goed begeleid en afgehandeld, gewoon wat je van een makelaar verwacht.

Hij zei 2 tot 4 weken. Uiteindelijk was dat 2 tot 3 maanden. Makelaar geeft geen antwoord op vragen. Na een tijd, makelaar is erg traag, waren we het eens over de prijs. Daarna weer erg langzaam problemen over de oplevering wat zijn uitspraak was en wat het uiteindelijk werd. Uiteindelijk hiermee klaar wilden we nog een 2e bezichtiging. Is prima zei hij en dan tekenen jullie ook meteen. Wij willen het eerst graag doorlezen alvorens we tekenen. Nee dat was niet mogelijk. Uiteindelijk begon meneer te DREIGEN als er vandaag niet getekend word annuleer ik de verkoop. Dreigen werkt bij ons averechts. Al met veel makelaars contact gehad maar deze staat echt met stip op nr1 van slechtste makelaars. Er komt niemand in de buurt. Weer het bewijs GOEDKOOP=DUURKOOP Is weer het bewijs dat makelaar een vrij beroep is en geen enkele opleiding of iets vereist is. Is ook bij geen enkele organisatie aangesloten. 1 is nog teveel, maar helaas het minimum PS Bovenstaand heb ik allemaal zwart op wit voor degene die het wil inzien
