Our advice: keep in mind that many people are selling an apartment for the first time in their lives and don't know which steps need to be taken. A little more 'proactive' from your side would be good. Often, the same questions (from different agents) that were repeated to us weren't very helpful either. It would be good if you communicate better and read the messages in the WhatsApp group. All in all, we can still recommend it.
