Wij hebben contact gehad met Johan vanwege mogelijke aankoop woning en vanaf eerste moment al was dit prettig. Hij is toegankelijk, menselijk en laat je de tijd geven om rustig door de woning te kunnen gaan. Ook mijn contact met kantoor was prettig. Er werd snel gereageerd op mails en telefoontjes. We konden zelfs een 2e bezichtiging krijgen en natuurlijk is dat niet altijd gebruikelijk. Ook toen kregen we de tijd om de woning te bezichtigen. Allegedly, he did not hear this. Also during the follow-up inspection, only the meter readings were recorded. During the first time showering we already had a blockage. Further, many defects in the house, among others an air conditioner that only cools and does not heat, leaks. If you buy a house through this real estate agent, first make sure to be well informed everywhere. I will not buy a house anymore through this real estate agent.

Never go into the sea with real estate agent siefkes. I made an anonymous offer on a property that siefkes does not respect and passed my name along to the selling party. As a result, I received various threats including death threats from mr. kroeze who had the property for sale. I have called them multiple times about this, and they said erik would get back to me regarding this matter. But erik is too afraid to do so. Erik will never admit his mistakes. Reaction to siefkes stupid answer: First of all, I had reported that I wanted to remain anonymous until the offer was accepted! Secondly, mr. kroeze never gave siefkes full instructions and only passed on half of them to the actual client. Now erik is hiding again in denial. But he thinks only about money. Suddenly he comes up with a reaction but still does not admit his mistakes or apologize. All this can be read back in the emails.
