Do NOT use Joroen Van Stralen! The realtor Joroen has made many pitfalls and lies in our purchase process, for example: 1. He did not include the items left behind in the list of fixtures, even though we reminded him three times; 2. He asked my partner to sign the inspection form by saying that the form only applies to gas/water/electricity meters while we were inspecting the house. After he obtained the signature, he immediately knew and we only later realized that we had signed in a deceptive manner from the seller; 3. He told the seller that we did not want to sign the list of fixtures and inspection form to try to get the seller on his side. Fortunately, the seller told us everything! Stay away from Joroen Van Stralen for your own money and time.
