Do NOT use Jeroen Van Stralen! Broker Joroen let us down and deceived us in several ways during our purchasing process, for example: 1. He did not include the remaining items in the list of items, despite us reminding him three times; 2. He asked my partner to sign the inspection form by saying that the form was only for the gas/water/electricity meters while we were inspecting the house. After obtaining the signature, he signed immediately in a way that we did not understand, and we alone; 3. He told the seller that we didn't want to sign the list of items and inspection form to get the seller on his side. Fortunately, the seller told us everything! Stay away from Jeroen Van Stralen for your own money and time.
