Absoluut een positieve review. Communicatie over en de begeleiding met de verkoop van mijn woning was erg goed. Ik werd freguent op de hoogte gehouden van de te nemen stappen en besluiten. Ook de tips om de woning aantrekkelijk(er) te maken voor de potentiële koper zijn ook nuttig geweest. De woning moest ik wel wat minder mij maken voor de verkoop 😉. Nog steeds vind ik het verkopen van mijn/een woning niet leuk (je verkoopt tenslotte een deel van jouw herinneringen), maar …

Omdat ik geen vergelijkingsmateriaal heb kan ik geen 10 geven. Dat zou ik graag doen want dat zijn ze eigenlijk waard. Een top makelaar!!! Als het ooit nodig zou zijn, zullen we hen zeker benaderen voor de verkoop van ons huis.

Absolutely a positive review. The communication and guidance during the sale of my home was very good. I was frequently kept informed about the steps to take and decisions to make. The tips on how to make the home more attractive to the potential buyer were also useful. I did have to make the house a bit less Korrie for the sale 😉. I still don't like selling my/one's home (after all, you're selling a part of your memories), but I am very glad that this was made considerably easier for me by Pieter's guidance. Thank you Pieter for your dedication!

Over a year ago, we bought a house that was for sale through this real estate agent. We were able to make contact very quickly and view the property almost immediately. The handling afterwards was also fast!

Terrible realtor, not proactive. The realtor who subsequently took the house for sale sold it within 3 days for €25,000 more...

Not proactive. At a certain point, we wanted to be rid of this broker and then we received a very thick bill with vague costs. The small print was deliberately kept vague but is only aimed at making money from the customer, when selling a house but also when not selling a house.

Initially did business with this realtor. Seemed good at first, but quickly I found it getting worse. Difficult to reach during his/her vacation(s), even completely unavailable by phone while something crucial was happening. I found this realtor far from proactive. Afterwards, I still received a hefty bill, including the printing for brochures. I never received these and when I inquired about them, I heard a vague story. Even the “For Sale” sign had to be returned by myself. Then went into business with Makelaarsland, which has been extremely positive: very good formula and professional!
