Rob from Woningplus real estate agency appraised our house in Hoef and Haag, using reference houses in another village which were completed 17 and 7 years ago and shell homes in the neighborhood which were completed 1.5 years ago. As if the current housing market stood still. Our house was completed six months ago and is move-in ready, completely not comparable. In short, €400 paid for a worthless appraisal report, for quality you hire someone else. Update: 8 months later, another appraiser was brought in. Who estimated our house 15.5% higher and also indicated that incorrect reference properties were used in the old Woningplus report.
