I have collaborated with REC Vastgoed to find a temporary rental property and the purchase of a house. I think Annelies (the owner) is very involved and customer-oriented. I can't even begin to tell it, because there would be no end. We had a female agent. I don’t think it’s legal if I give her a name... It was the worst experience any of us has ever had within a 'professional relationship'. Besides the fact that our agent did absolutely nothing but being incredibly rude, they also scammed us in the end. It's a very long story involving living in a mouse-infested house where nothing worked and constantly struggling to get out of this situation. We all found a new house a few months ago, but we are still paying rent and agency fees (whatever it is, we don’t know) for an empty house because they didn't want to let us go. The biggest problem was that they initially gave us a translated contract, but then made us sign a Dutch rental agreement that was naturally different from what we received. So be aware that they are milking the cow until the last drop. I also have funny stories about the agents shouting at me in the street because they THOUGHT I owed her money, because she doesn’t even know what is in the contract she gave us. I find it stupid to experience people making money from absolutely nothing and I don't know how they can sleep at night, knowing that they have not only ruined our year and probably also the coming year financially, but also brought my roommate into a depression because they had to live in what the landlord called the worst mouse-investment he has ever seen.

1 star is still too much for this realtor who is unreachable by email, phone, and SMS. Apparently never listens to voicemail and immediately gives the feeling of selling a house through underhanded dealings... Offering a house for sale and being unable to reach the realtor in any way, yet a house was sold subject to conditions… A bad situation that I myself would never do business with.

In one word: ridiculous. Saw a nice house on funda, responded to the ad. After not receiving a response for several days, I sent more messages and called multiple times. Received no response. Absolutely do not recommend this realtor; think twice if you want to buy a house through this realtor.

An absolute mess. Don't do business with this gentleman because he doesn't keep his appointments. Once had our house appraised and was going to come back to us. I've been waiting for 7 months. He is busy, has ADHD, there's no getting a hold of him, and he babbles on without letting you get a word in edgewise. A true realtor who only looks at his own profit with a flimsy sales pitch.
