From beginning to end our real estate agent was incredible. She did everything to get us the apartment. This office is the correct address if you want to buy/sell/or rent a place. They are professional and they do not treat you like a client, they act like a partner in the process.

The broker accused her client of not being fully aware of the water damage to a property. However, she was aware of the permits he had applied for, which apparently caused the investigation that led to the water damage. Therefore, either unprofessional (incompetent) or covering up the situation. I have incurred costs on their behalf. If you would like more information, please feel free to contact us.

Our broker saw hidden defects that we didn't see, she could accurately estimate what a reasonable offer was, and she has a large network.
