The asking price was good, but the prices of renovation materials and the renovation skyrocketed. As a result, it took longer than a year before the house was sold. Nevertheless, I certainly wasn't disappointed with the selling price. Quite the contrary. Thanks to my realtor from Nemass/deBoer who was always reachable and gave good advice regarding the sales strategy, we were able to get the most out of it.
