Had three transactions with Ronald, 2 sales, 1 purchase. First sale, super and fast. Gave us a lot of confidence. Second sale was not optimal, poor start, little information provided, careless. Our purchase went downright badly, mediocre viewing, questionnaire not filled in truthfully, many (dubious) points. Ronald comes across as friendly and skilled, but his work often leaves much to be desired, and he tries to brush off problems with very simple tests. I therefore cannot judge otherwise, Ronald is a real estate agent with a huge (?)

Friendly assistance from the start. However, a more proactive approach is lacking to finalize a purchase; apparently selling houses is too easy nowadays, and when things go wrong, brainstorming isn't straightforward. This is not different based on experience with many real estate agents.

I have had bad experiences with Greveling Adviesgroep. Herman Greveling has ignored a confirmed appointment regarding the purchase price of a property twice. There was a party that later wanted to offer more, and according to him, that's how the market works now. All my contacts (advisory real estate agent, mortgage advisor) find this behavior unacceptable, just like I do. This gives the real estate profession a bad name. Appointments apparently aren't important to Herman.

Our experience with Greveling Adviesgroep was unfortunately very disappointing. Unnecessary delays occurred in the process because the agent Herman was preoccupied with expressing doubts about our financing – an aspect that falls outside his direct responsibility. This unjustified focus on financial feasibility resulted in an unacceptable delay in drafting the purchase agreement. As a result, other interested parties had the opportunity to submit a bid. To our great regret and frustration, we were outbid, while the appraisal was already scheduled and our financial situation had already been verified. These circumstances have led us to now be without a home, despite being in an advanced stage of the purchasing process. We experience this as very unprofessional and it has caused us unnecessary stress and disappointment. Therefore, we unfortunately cannot recommend agent Herman.
