Unfortunately, I do not have a good experience with Evink & Petrovic Makelaars. During the rental of my home, I had to send many emails for maintenance on the property. It took 7 months before any action was taken after I formally notified them. Also, the problems that I had in the house were still not resolved, but never mind that. The lease agreement states that after termination of the lease agreement, the deposit will be refunded within two months. Gerrit does not adhere to this either. His own words were 'I do it my way' and 'are you in financial need or something, that you want it back so quickly?'. A lease agreement is made to set agreements on paper. But Gerrit Evink doesn’t care about that. He does it his own way and therefore does not adhere to the agreed-upon terms stated in the contract. Also, the contract stated that administrative costs would be deducted from the deposit. Legally, this is not even allowed and the administrative costs must be recovered from the landlord / owner of the property. I am sure that if I hadn’t started talking about this, these costs would have been deducted from my deposit. Now it's just a matter of waiting to see when I get my deposit back. In any case, it is taking longer than two months after termination of the lease.

The realtor (Robert Jorink) came quickly after I contacted him to discuss and prepare e.e.a. That went quickly and adequately. The combination with a digital file worked perfectly for me. 8 days after the apartment was listed on the internet, there was a verbal agreement. He gave good advice on how to present the house well. Unfortunately, we bought a house with a Sinke, or Alpina, sign in the garden. It turned out that many things were not as described and told by Jeroen Hofstede. It's a shame they give people such an experience. You preferably buy a house as agreed. If you were to buy something from Alpina, I would advise taking a good purchasing broker with knowledge of rights within this industry.

Be careful if you are the purchasing party. I think this is quite clear to Sinke why. There has been contact. Denial from Sinke has always been the answer. Rather strange if you advise a construction to the purchasing party and then subsequently makes those same purchasers pay more because the construction didn't work. And blames the purchasers for everything in the story.

Meatball shop! I don't understand how you can do business like Sinke does it. Unjustified NVM logo, but the NVM itself also conducts bad business since they have no say in the matters concerning Sinke Kampen. As long as Sinke transfers a monthly amount to NVM to be allowed to display the label on the website and funda. Lying and deception is how they sell their houses with good profit. Beware!
