Real estate agents have it easy these days. The houses are flying off the shelves like pastries and that makes them lazy, arrogant, and unprofessional. This real estate agent is no exception as far as I'm concerned. Under the guise of the seller’s right to choose, the viewing appointment is casually cancelled because the house was already sold before our viewing appointment. No further explanation and you figure it out yourself. This is what we in good Dutch call a dirty trick. It's just that I have to give at least one star from Google, otherwise there would be zero.

Ik ben heel onprofessioneel geholpen en niet teruggebeld na meerdere malen het verzoek te hebben ingediend. Afgewimpeld omdat het huis niet interessant zou zijn terwijl er eerst werd gezegd dat zij het wel wilden opnemen in het aanbod.

Eerst ontvingen we een e-mail op ons bedrijfsadres met als onderwerp "Uw voorlopige boeking is gewijzigd." Omdat we geen boeking hadden gemaakt, probeerden we contact met hen op te nemen en de zogenaamde boeking te annuleren. De eerste poging mislukte; er was geen e-mailadres, alleen een telefoonnummer dat niet werd beantwoord. Het annuleren van de boeking lukte ook niet, omdat deze niet te vinden was. Twee dagen later ontvingen we een nieuw bericht met als onderwerp "Betalingspoging", dit keer van Holiday Services. Ook op dit bericht konden we niet reageren. We zochten naar manieren om contact met hen op te nemen, maar alle pogingen mislukten. Ik kan Roompot niet aanbevelen. Het is een dubieus bedrijf dat zomaar e-mails verstuurt met boekingen die nooit zijn gemaakt. Schandalig. We zullen zien wat er verder gebeurt. Het gaat tenslotte om bijna €500.

Scammed by Roompot. Paid for a pet but apparently a cat is not considered a pet so they sent it away. The house was completely dirty and run down. Because the house belonged to a private individual, we received only 10 percent compensation while we could not use the services. The complaint to management was barely addressed.

How do you destroy a company within two years? Invite American investors, take over Landal, and watch how everything collapses. The staff? Unfortunately, that's collateral damage.

So bad as you are treated on your mail, you have to wait four weeks for service of nothing, you can't even preach someone. Shame shame, there you pay so much money to be sent from the cast to the wall.

Already 6 times we booked with RoomPot. Every time we were very satisfied, until now. We booked Cochem and knew that there was restoration work going on but no problem since there were food trucks. We thought... until we received an email less than a month in advance with the message that there would be no food trucks present and also that the electric car charging stations were not working. This is our first trip with an electric car and we had specifically booked Cochem for that reason, so there was a lot of stress. Rebooking was no longer possible because it was less than 28 days before departure. On the way to Cochem, we also received an email that the swimming pool was closed due to a defect... We paid the full price for all these services but therefore did not actually get what we booked. We are very disappointed and this was our last booking with RoomPot.

we have booked a weekend sheep pen in Epe. The cabin was so bad the floors creaked, the beds creaked and the cabin was dirty. Immediately on the park a complaint filed Could not offer us another cabin because the park was full. From need to home and what do you get as compensation €70,00 come on Roompot, so you don't treat people like that. So never again on vacation via Roompot.

The staff is very friendly, helpful and kind. If you come on the weekend, there's no parking space, but during the week there is.

Keurig new building, friendly staff at the reception. Great internship location for students. Students are well supported.

Useless customer service and accommodation. Customer service? You could better say that customers have to figure it out themselves. No accountability is taken at all, where they leave their stuff lying around and empathy isn't in their vocabulary. Items from previous guests in the accommodation, moldy bedding and handprints of poop or blood in the sauna.

For years we have been bringing our secondary school (grade 2) to Kustpark Texel. We rent about 30 chalets midweek. Year after year we are very enthusiastic about the contact with Roompot, the special group arrangements and the placement on the park, the willingness to accommodate, the last minute bookings. It's really great!! In addition we have very good contacts on the park itself with the reception, housekeeping service and swimming pool. Our school, De Hartenlust, is inseparable from the park. Disturbance for other guests? Not at all! We are often located in a kind of corner on the park. The supervision consists of very involved teachers who like to tell the students that consideration for other guests must be taken into account. The Kustpark Texel is an absolute recommendation for secondary schools. I say DO IT!!!
