I do not recommend this agency! We sent many documents, spent a lot of time and money collecting certificates from the banks BRP, BKR and others, and no one arranged for us to view the house or responded that we could not view it.

Het viel me op, zowel bij de verkoop van het pand aan de Langemeet in Goes als bij de aankoop van een appartement in Den Bosch, dat de focus van de makelaar vooral ligt bij het binnenhalen van jou als klant en het verkooptraject. Voor het natraject is veel minder aandacht en is de dienstverlening slordig en schiet deze m.i. tekort. Makelaars realiseren zich blijkbaar niet dat dit de laatste indrukken zijn die je het meest bijblijven.
