Monique thought along very personally and had a solution for every snag, took the time and discussed everything thoroughly, and when I found a property, she immediately started negotiating for me, looked at the house very carefully and negotiated sharply but in such a way that everyone was happy with it. Very clever and subsequently completed the whole thing by handling the inspection. Fantastic handling and I am so pleased with it, I would never have achieved this without her. Initially, I wasn't entirely sure whether a buyer's agent was necessary, after this experience I know for sure, if I ever want to buy a house again, I will contact Monique without thinking. Very easily 5 stars.

The support was truly beyond expectations for me personally, allowing us to focus on the most important thing during the viewings: “does this feel like home?” Most of it was handled by Duco, a great purchasing agent who also keeps you well informed about the ongoing file.
