Monique thought along very personally and had a solution for every snag, took the time and discussed everything thoroughly, and when I found a property, she immediately started negotiating for me, looked at the house very carefully and negotiated sharply but in such a way that everyone was happy with it. Very clever and subsequently completed the whole thing by handling the inspection. Fantastic handling and I am so pleased with it, I would never have achieved this without her. Initially, I wasn't entirely sure whether a buyer's agent was necessary, after this experience I know for sure, if I ever want to buy a house again, I will contact Monique without thinking. Very easily 5 stars.

Questions often remained unanswered, actions only occurred after repeated urging, and we didn't feel that there was genuine consideration for the sales process of our home. Despite several conversations and agreements, we saw no structural improvement. Ultimately, we decided to withdraw the property from sale and switch to another real estate agent. We are aware that start-up costs are not reimbursed by many real estate agents, but given the lack of quality provided, we would at least have expected some form of compensation or goodwill. Unfortunately, we received no response to this. All in all, a very disappointing journey for us. We hope that our feedback is used to improve service to future clients.
