05 Nov 2024Wij hebben het contact met Van Gassen Vastgoed keurig en correct ervaren. We hadden een doel voor ogen en daar wonen we nu. Het was wel even een rollercoaster van snel schakelen omdat de verkopende partij redelijk haastig was. Uiteindelijk door de professionele communicatie en handelen van Angeleen kwam dit tot een positieve aankoop. Je kon 24/7 met vragen terecht zowel als kopende partij maar ook als verkopende partij. 05 Nov 2024Héél bijzonder hoe dit makelaarskantoor handeld. Een huis staat een maand te koop, daarna open dag. Wij waren razend enthousiast, dit staken we ook niet onder stoelen of banken maar konden echt niet op die dag. Afspraak voor 4 dagen later. Was geen probleem. We waren blij en wilde hoog inzetten als het huis was wat we ervan verwachten. Vraagprijs 299k. We hadden ruimte zat. Zijn geen beginners. Zien we ineens een mail voorbij komen dat bij het huis verkocht onder voorbehoud staat. Verhaal finish..ten einde, gewoon klaar. Maar pardon? Wij zouden nog gaan kijken. Hebben niet eens een persoonlijke afspraak afzegging gehad. Dit zijn geen sjieke zaken. Huh.. we waren zwaar verbaasd. Ten eerste omdat t niet koosjer gegaan is. Maar ten tweede, eerlijk? Deze mensen hadden zoveel meer geld uit hun huisje kunnen halen. Lol.. Dom, dom, dom.. Deze makelaar is niet te vertrouwen. Hele rare wending van zaken. Doen of dat de neus bloedde, t een normale gang van zaken is, én nu schermen ze met, ja de bewoner wilde dit. Nou als die bewoner had geweten dat er nog 1 nieuwe héle enthousiaste koper zou komen kijken die niet op een dubbeltje zou kijken bij t bod. Ai.... Bah! Zo doe je geen zaken. Wij vinden ons nieuwe huisje wel.. dat komt wel goed. Maar deze firma.. zo niet sjiek. ÷ Reactie gelezen, ik kan op héél veel punten terug gaan reageren. Prachtig verhaaltje maakt u ervan. Zaken zijn niet koosjer gegaan. Verkopers zijn dolblij dat ze verkocht hebben en weten niet beter, zijn blij met wat ze eruit hebben gesleept. Wij hoorde zogezegd bij de lichting van Zaterdag. Persoonlijk gesprek over gehad via de telefoon. Wij gingen nog op de valreep mee. Laten we stellen dat de verkopers duizenden euro's zijn misgelopen. Ik laat t hierbij. Al jeuken m'n vingers. Het wordt zo een welles/nietes spelletje. Ik trek toch aan t kortste eind. Ik wens u een fijne dag.

We begrijpen dat het vervelend moet zijn om te horen dat een woning al verkocht onder voorbehoud was voordat u een bezichtiging kon doen, zeker in een markt die momenteel krap is. Dat gevoel van teleurstelling nemen wij heel serieus. Wat betreft de verkoopprocedure, willen we benadrukken dat we ervoor gezorgd hebben dat iedereen een eerlijke kans heeft gekregen. De woning stond ruim 5 weken te koop, wij werken 7 dagen per week tot 's avonds laat, de woning deed mee met open huis en het biedlogboek was voor iedereen online te vinden om een bod uit te brengen. Dat de verkopers een overeenstemming hebben bereikt voor jullie bezichtiging was hierdoor een mogelijkheid. Onze klant is ontzettend blij met de verkoop. U zult dat binnenkort terug kunnen zien in hun review. Wij hebben u op de hoogte gebracht van het feit dat de geplande bezichtiging niet meer door kon gaan en dat mocht de verkoop niet doorgaan we u direct op de hoogte zullen stellen, zoals we dat ook bij andere geïnteresseerden hebben gedaan. Hoewel we dit via email hebben gecommuniceerd, begrijp ik dat een persoonlijk telefoontje wellicht prettiger was geweest. Dit had misschien wat van de teleurstelling kunnen wegnemen en dat zullen we in de toekomst meenemen als leerpunt. Wij vinden echter dat deze verkoop zowel op nette als menselijk waardige manier gegaan is. We willen u nogmaals bedanken voor uw interesse in de woning en hopen dat u snel de woning van uw dromen zult vinden. Dat komt ongetwijfeld goed.

Because we had much more work to do emptying the house than anticipated, the date when the house would be put for sale was postponed several times with Karin’s full understanding.
