Wow, it's really special how this real estate agency handled things. A house is for sale for a month, then an open day. We were incredibly enthusiastic, we wouldn’t hide that either but couldn’t make it on that day. Appointment set for 4 days later. No problem. We were happy and wanted to bid high if the house was what we expected. Asking price €299k. We had plenty of room. They are not beginners. Then suddenly we see an email pop up saying the house is sold subject to conditions. Story finish..ten einde, just done. But excuse me? We were still going to view it. We didn't even get a personal appointment cancellation. These aren’t classy things. Huh… we were seriously surprised. Firstly because it wasn’t handled kosher. But secondly, honestly? These people could have gotten so much more money out of their little house. Lol.. Dumb, dumb, dumb.. This realtor is not trustworthy. Very strange turn of events. Pretending like their nose was bleeding, that it's a normal course of business, and now they’re shielding with, yes the resident wanted this. Well if that resident had known there was still 1 new very enthusiastic buyer coming to view who wouldn’t blink at a bid. Ai.... Yuck! That’s not how you do business. We’ll find our new little house anyway, it'll be fine. But this firm… so not classy. ÷ Read response, I can go back and respond on many points. Beautiful story you make of it. Things didn’t go kosher. Sellers are delighted they sold and don’t know any better, are happy with what they got out of it. We were supposedly part of Saturday's group. Had a personal conversation about it over the phone. We were still going to join in at the last minute. Let’s say the sellers missed out on thousands of euros. I’ll leave it at that. My fingers are itching. It will become a tit-for-tat game. I’m going to end up shortchanged anyway. I wish you a nice day.

The property was for sale for over 5 weeks, we work 7 days a week until late at night, the property participated in an open house and the bid log was available online for everyone to make an offer. We informed you that the scheduled viewing could no longer take place, and that if the sale did not go through we would inform you directly, as we have done with other interested parties. However, we believe that this sale has gone smoothly and in a humane manner. Until the sale, communication was perfect and things were handled quickly. After the sale, it became quiet. An agreed-upon date was not kept by the buyers. I heard nothing from the real estate agent, so I had to call myself to ask what was going on. Communication is really very important.

We were looking for good guidance in the home buying process. We found this with Kuub Makelaars in Goes. No regrets at all afterwards. The support was truly beyond expectations for me personally, allowing us to focus on the most important thing during the viewings: “does this feel like home?” Most of it was handled by Duco, a great purchasing agent who also keeps you well informed about the ongoing file. Highly recommended, especially for your first purchase!

We are not from the region and were looking for our first home to buy. Therefore, we were looking for a reliable real estate agent who could guide us well. Through word of mouth, we got the tip to contact Karin, and I was incredibly happy about that. Although we ultimately didn't buy a property through GeuS Makelaars, we did have a viewing arranged through them. Despite her full schedule, she was still able to make last-minute time for us because we came all the way from Rotterdam that day. What I liked was that she gives a very honest account of the property and could tell us a lot about it. She clearly provides insight into what still needs to be done, but also what the possibilities are. The house didn't become 'the one', but Karin remained involved and thought along with us. Thanks to her tips, we eventually found our dream home elsewhere. Karin is an excellent professional: expert, honest, clear in her communication and easily accessible, even with her busy schedule. Truly a top performer!

I was interested in a rental property and for that, I provided my entire baptismal certificate to this real estate agent. They even had the audacity to ask me how much I spent on energy costs and weekly groceries! Nothing done for me, mistakes were made, and ultimately they stopped responding. The property remained listed on Funda for months. Luckily, the owner entrusted the property to another real estate agent and I was able to rent the property, which means a great deal to me for various reasons, within a week, even at a lower rental price! Reham has served their purpose and apparently did not serve the owner of the property either, as they switched to another real estate agent. UPDATE: The real estate agent in question contacted me by phone and clarified things. They also apologized for what went wrong. I appreciate that. My position regarding the treatment I received remains unchanged unfortunately. Hopefully, someone has learned something from this.

UNPROFESSIONAL. DOES NOT KEEP APPOINTMENTS. Despite 'all understanding' and the 'thanks for engaging in conversation', and the promise 'to contact me as soon as possible', no contact was made. In contrast to my experience with Reham, I did keep an eye on my phone, even for missed calls. Apparently, it was a false promise that Reham made. Below is my review from 6 months ago: It would be good if they responded to their emails and kept me, as the landlord, informed about the status of an advertisement which I expected to be published. A month ago, photos were taken in my apartment, but (as it was told) these were not sufficiently publishable. My current tenant had apparently not prepared it well enough. But I heard nothing from Reham about this, and even after emailing several times, I received no response. I also called the landline number a few times (the only number I could find on the Reham website). Response: I haven't seen any missed calls, I've been busy, you only (!) emailed twice, it is your right to disagree with this, (what a condescending put-down) and I don’t want to discuss it further. What a terrible story. Instead of thinking along and informing me, someone makes me wait for a month until I had to contact another department again, to then have to hear such a story. Due to this negligence, I lost rental income. What super bad service!

The chickens are happily roaming the land foraging. In the evening, they go into the run and coop. They have it wonderful here in Koewacht. The double occupancy bungalow at Zandpad 7 in Koewacht is now for sale. The chickens would really like to stay.

I needed an appraisal on short notice. I received the phone number of another appraiser because they were fully booked. She suggested that if I couldn't find anyone else, she would go to the property that very day to appraise it and then prepare the report after her vacation.
